Why am I always running every second in my life?!

You were late to school again, your mom held you up for the excuse of cheek kisses and hugs...

You'd hate her if she wasn't your source of food.

You looked like a hot mess. Your hair was all messy and your bow on you uniform wasn't even tied, and your shoe laces were untied so you could easily slip and fall-

"FIDDLE STICKS!!"

Speak of the devil you slipped and fell scrapping your hands and knees on the concert floor. Your heart pounding with adrenaline. You slowly got up to brush yourself off when suddenly you felt a wave of pain. You looked down at your knees seeing that they looked like a bloody massacre. You let out a small whimper you weren't the best with blood.

You looked in your bag hoping to find something to clean up the mess you made. You could feel hot tears run down your face, you desperately tried to make the go away repeating in your head that everything was gonna be okay.

'Don't cry stupid it's just a scratch!'

'You'll be fine just stop crying.'

"That was some nasty fall, you alright?"

You sniffled then looked up, it was a boy with messy dark brown hair and shiny blue eyes.

"I-I fell" you said not able to form sentences from your breakdown.

"I see that." He said as if talking to a small child, he the bent down looking at your knees then grabbing out bandages from his pocket.

"This won't clean the cut, but it will stop the bleeding is your school close?" He said looking up for a moment.

"Y-yes it's just around th-the cor-corner" you hiccuped and stuttered, you weren't the best with conversations and people it made you nervous just thinking about having a conversation with someone.

"Good, once you go in go see the nurse." He said finished with my legs moving on to look at my hands.

"Your hands look alright but talk to the nurse about washing them, okay?" He said placing them on your lap then standing up holding out his hand for you to take.

You didn't hesitate to take it.

His hands were warm they felt nice and strong, you couldn't help but blush. You could feel the eruption of butterflies in your stomach. You knees buckled he grabbed your waist holding you close. "I've seen you around, you go to my school. I'll take you there.

"Y-you don't have too!" I said "it's okay I don't mind besides my groups there might as well see if there causing any trouble." He finished starting to walk, still holding you close to him.

"Y-you're Duez, y-you're the leader of the Nightmare's." Your friends talk about them all the time all you remember was that they cause havoc and are always in detention.

"You know us?" He asked arching an eyebrow.

"W-well my friends do, b-but I know enough that you guys are tr-troublemakers!" You said to him as if he was a criminal and you were interrogating him.

"We're only misunderstood why can't anyone see that." He said in a small defeated voice. "My friends didn't start out like that they were all in trouble situations so was I. But I saved them, they're great fri-family really so whatever your friends say is wrong!" He had a determined look on his face, it was great on him.

"I'm sorry." Was all you said he nodded accepting your apology.

"I'm sorry too." He said looking down, I stopped then hugged him.

"Don't be there're your family so of course you would want to protect them." He look shocked
He didn't know what to do. It's been awhile since he's been hugged. He hugged back just as tight.

"Oh, and deuz!"

"Y-yeah?" He looked flustered.

"Thank you."
