As Julia ran to the hallway she heard footsteps behind her. "Go away", she said not even looking behind her.
"Hey it's just me", Julia turned around to see Brandon who she forgot she was with at the time before she ran.
"Oh sorry", she said trying to hold back tears.
"What happened back there", He asked.
"I don't actually know, I just felt like running out", She lied.
"You can tell me", Brandon said calmly.
"Ok, I think Jacob is cheating on me", She mumbled.
"He what!" Brandon growled "Why would he cheat on someone like you".
Julia broke down as Brandon was there to comfort her by putting his arms around her. "How about I take you home and you get some rest", he said pulling her away, "I'll get an Uber" His smile was whiter then snow it's self. And then all in a flash they were in the Uber kissing as if there will be no tomorrow. When the Uber got to her house, she got out, said bye to Brandon and went inside.
Prom might have sucked for her, but that kiss meant everything to her.
