April had been in the waiting room for a few hours waiting for her baby to come out of theatre.
Robbie Jason and Rick came 'what's he doing here?' April said 'she's my granddaughter' Rick said April rolled her eyes and and hugged all 3 of them 'I've missed you jase' April sighed still crying. 'Ive missed you too' he said.
'Rick you put my through hell and Im still happy to see you' April said
'Miss Blake Mr Roscoe, parents of Melissa Roscoe?' A woman asked
'Yes that's us' Robbie said
'Come with me' she said with a sad look on her face
'Please sit down' she said they sat on some chairs holding hands.
'Due to the injuries your daughter suffered there is a 5% your daughter will survive we are doing our absolute best to help her' the nurse said 'when can we see her?' Robbie asked 'now you'll have to put these on' she's said and handed them plastic protective things they put them on and walked in 'oh gosh' April whispered Melissa was layed there in a nappy a massive stitched up cut on her chest
And a bandage round her head
'I can't do this' April said 'yes you can this could be the last chance to say goodbye while she can hear us' Robbie said with his arm round her she nodded 'Melissa if you make it I will get you all the presents you want and let you stay with uncle will sometimes because i know you love him and if you don't make it i wont w the same with out my little girl' she said 'don't give up on us Mel I hardly knew you and I'm your dad I promise mummy's hurts will go away ill make your wishes come true if you make m wish come true, i wish my little girl would get better. I think you can make that wish come true can't you?' Robbie said
Suddenly the machine stopped bleeping and Robbie and April were rushed out the room.
'Dad she's gone' Robbie said
Rick hugged April and Robbie. 'Its alright we don't know for sure yet.' Rick said 'can you get Will' april asked
'Don't you need your dad?'Jason asked
'No Will has always been Melissa's favourite if anyone can bring a bit of life into her it's will' April said not taking in the fact she's lost her daughter
April:will you need to get to the hospital now don't tell anyone and don't bring anyone with you
Will:what happened is Melissa ok
April:she's dieing come quick on your own
Will:I'm coming stay strong little sis
Will arrived a few minutes later
'April I'm here' will said 'you can save her you can save Melissa' April sobbed
Will looked confused and went into the room with April
'Melissa uncle Will is here' April whispered 'hey Mel it's uncle will I promise to play tea parties and dress up with you all the time and when mummy lets you stay with me we can eat pizza and ice cream with out her knowing so please princess wake up do it for your uncle will' will said a few tears slipped down his face he held her hand and kissed it 'I love you Melissa' he whispered
'Shes fighting strong now there is 35% chance of survival she's a miracle I swear' the nurse chuckled
'I told you will could do it he's magic' April grinned will hugged April and kissed her 'its ok little sis' will said
