Y/n and Alvaro were still waiting on the rest of the gang to come back when the Doctor came out.
Doctor: Hi i'm Dr. Lopez, your sister, Elena, didn't make it. Im sorry.
Y/n: What? Is this some kind of joke?
Alvaro: Wait, really? There has to be some type of mistake. She can't just die!
His eyes start to get watery.
Alvaro: Shes the only girl i actually loved.
Y/n: Wow. My 13 year old sister.
Alvaro has tears running down his cheeks and you burst into tears. The Doctor is even crying a little. That's when the gang walked in.
Roshaun: Hey pooh we got the- woah what's wrong?
Y/n: It's Elena. She died.
Yareli: Dead ass?
Alvaro: Yea.
Alvaro wipes the tears from his face.
Mattia: What? There wasn't anything you could've done?
Dr. Lopez: No sir. I am truly sorry. To all of you.
The whole group huddled into a big circle and all of them hugged and cried. They stayed there for like 5 minutes and they all parted. Mattia went with Y/n, Yareli went with everybody else. Y/n wanted time by herself but Mattia didn't want to leave her alone.
Y/n: I can't believe it. She's just gone. I have no family.
Mattia: Hey, don't think like that. I'm your family.
You sat on his bed.
Y/n: I feel empty. Idk what to do.
You then felt his lips connect to yours kissing you passionately for 10 seconds.
Mattia: Did that make you feel any better?
You smile.
Y/n: Yea. It really did.
7 months later.

They had Elena's funeral and Y/n is 7 months pregnant.
