                          My heart pounded loudly as if it was leaping out of my ribcage


                          I squeezed Charles' hand in return and gave a nod of affirmation


                          "You can go... I'll be fine"
I said smiling lowly at him, clutching my shirt over my chest


                          I know he didn't want to let go, I took something from out of my pocket and handed it to him


                          "Read it after the nurse tells you what happened, and only until then will you open the letter"
I told him


                          "I-I will... I love you..."
he replied


                          He leaned down and kissed my forehead and I kissed the bridge of his nose


                          Completely forgetting the nurse was there, she cleared her throat and Charles got the message


                          He looked into my eyes and pecked my lips one last time until he would leave...
