Basic info: (Yes, he is only black and white)
He wears a robe and scarf, the 2 horn/bug-like sticks on the top of his skull help him see/sense thkngs around himself since he doesnt have arms. He doesnt know how to speak, but isnt mute. The tentacles on either side of his body are what replace his arms basically (he only has 2, no more, no less) The black line/scribbles over where his eyes would be are practically useless, and dont actually function pretty much at all. His mouth never really moves position, moving around sometimes but never changes its form. A side of his robe sometimes flies upward, giving in the sense that he flicked it up with some non-existent hand, but it's his magic/the wind mostly. If his robe does fly up and you can see into his robe, you wont see anything, like his bones are hidden, before fainting. (I think i covered most of it.-)
Edit:
He speaks in braille, normally, but no one can ever understand him so he just doesnt talk at all.
