I was frustrated. I sat on the school steps, waiting for Jack. He had been blowing me off, for weeks. I had asked his mom about it, and she said he had made some new friends. I could tell she was hiding something, he had been hanging out with Miko and Raf, I only learned their names because I hid behind a trash can after school. Something was suspicious and I was finally going to confront Jack about it.

"(Y/n)?" Jack said, coming down the steps with Miko and Raf

I stood up, and moved down the steps, turning around I crossed my arms and glared at him. He flinched and told Miko and Raf he would see them later. The two looked at each other but shrugged and walked past me, but I knew they were standing by the green car, watching.

"You're going to explain why you keep on ditching me, and you're going to start talking now." I kept eye contact with him,

"I've been busy, with a club-" he started,

"That's bullshit Jack, your mom told me you made some new friends. Nothing about a club," I dropped my arms, putting my hands on my hips,

"Of course she did," he sighed,

"The truth Jack," I told him,

"I'll explain later, I really have to go," Jack said, giving me an apologetic smile,

He walked past me and went to his bike, I clenched my fists and spun around. I yanked the necklace he gave me for my birthday and I threw it at him after he got onto his bike.

"We're done, Jack! I wish you'd go to hell! I never want to see or talk to you ever again!!" I screamed, before running away, going home

I ran straight to my room, throwing my bag against the wall, I slammed my door closed and threw myself onto the bed. I cried, no one coming in to check up on me, no one to hold and hug me. I was officially, all alone. I didn't have anyone anymore.

Jack had been trying to talk to me all day, but I ignored him if I couldn't get away from him. Once the bell rang, I ran out of the classroom, Jack yelling at me to wait. I stopped by my locker, and shoved all of my books and paper into my backpack, even if I didn't need any of it. Before running to the Detention hall, I had gotten in trouble earlier. Luckily, this is my first detention so Jack wouldn't think to look for me here. However, I groaned when Miko came in, she grinned and would have talked to me if Mr. Johnson hadn't told her to keep her mouth shut and do her schoolwork.

Once detention ended, I ran out of the school but stopped at the top of the steps when I saw Jack and Raf leaning against the green car with five other people, but they weren't looking at me, they were looking at four other people who were leaning against a nice red sports car.

"Gotchya!" Miko shouted, grabbing my arm and drawing everyone's attention to me

"(Y/n)! Listen-!" Jack started, walking towards me,

I yanked my arm from Miko's hand and hopped over the side of the steps, landing crouched I held my head up and walked away. Only to be stopped by the guy with red hair,

"Wait, my friend has seen you around and wants to know if you would go out with him," the guy said, pointing to his three friends,

"Why doesn't he ask me himself?" I scoffed,

"He doesn't speak, he's mute and shy, we call him Soundwave, I'm called Knockout beautiful," he pointed to the guy wearing red shades, and headphones,

"Let her go!" Jack made Knockout let go of me,

"Yeah! Ignore them (Y/n), they're not good people!" Miko said, dropping her arm around my shoulder,
