You know the intense feeling you get when you see two dogs about to fight? The undeniable fear of not knowing what's going to happen or how bloody it's going to get?

Yeah, that was Jacqueline's situation right now, standing between two people in her life who looked like they're ready to rip each other's throat out. Now she's face with two choices, either pull the pick me girl shit and try to make Billy back out by getting in his face and repeating the same dumbass phrase; "this isn't you", knowing damn well fighting is literally 90% of what makes Billy him. Or she could just silently back out and watch them fight.

Yeah, sadly number one seem like a better option, but without that phrase of course, "Steve just go, okay? This is not how I want to spend my first day here." She mumbled in a irritated tone, eyeing Steve down like a dog.

"Oh like how you spent yesterday with me?" He countered back causing a right hook to be thrown at him, hitting him directly in the jaw, causing him to land hard on the floor with a surprised look.

Yeah, Billy didn't throw that punch, it was the five foot six curly hair raven haired brunette who was about sick of this shit the second it started. She didn't say anything after that, she didn't want to.

Instead she turned to look at Billy and with that one look, he knew it was time to go. So with one quick swoop, Jacqueline was in his arm's being carried all the way to gym. Dramatic right? Billy was never really this type of guy but maybe seeing Jacqueline knock out his rival turned him on so much, he wanted to be extra nice. But who knows?

Once they got to the gym, it was completely silent. Barely anyone was in there but those two who sat quietly in the bleachers. Eventually Billy was the one to break that silence, "You know he's dead right?" He stated, not as a question but as a promise to her. A statement, as you will, for what just happened.

"Oh, so the great Billy Hargrove is going to protect his girlfriend's honor now? By beating up a guy she just sucker punched. My hero." Jacqueline teased, earning a slight snicker from the curly dirty blonde haired boy beside her.

"Bet your pretty ass I am, always." He stated, his eyes burning into hers in a adoring way before he decided to look off to see everyone else filling into the gym like ants a minute later.

"Say, how about we skip this and leave to-." He took a quick pause for dramatics but she already knew where this was heading by the big grin on his face. "My place?"

Jacqueline couldn't help but to look at the boy as if  he was bat shit insane. Billy never skips gym, the boy loved physical tournament against his peers more than he loved his car. Shit, more than he loved her.  He practically eats, breathes, and sleep physical activity, when it didn't include sex. But now he wants to skip it?

"Since when do you skip gym?" The brunette questioned curiously but her question wasn't answered the way she wanted, in fact it was ignored completely and was answered with her being thrown over his shoulder with a hard smack to the ass for good measure. "Since when did I have to explain anything to you?" He fired back sassily, earning nothing but a loud huff from the brunette.

"You have to take me on a date first before you think you can get any of this Hargrove. You never replied to my calls or letters for months on end. You have to earn every part of me back."

He couldn't help but smile widely at her sassiness as he continued carrying her out to his car. The parking lot was naked, barely any cars, teachers or even students trying to skip. It was just them and he liked it. While placing her on the hood of his car, he took the opportunity to place himself between her legs as a way of trapping her.
