There are 4 kingdoms: Hearts, Spades, Clubs, and Diamonds. Each ruled with a King, Queen, or Jack.
Roles are gender- neutral ( King can be female or male, same for the Queen and Jack role. )

Spades (Main color: Blue):
King: Alfred F. Jones ( America)
Queen: Arthur Kirkland ( England)
Jack: Wang Yao ( China)
Hearts ( Main color: Red):
King: Ludwig Beilschimidt ( Germany)
Queen: Honda Kiku ( Japan)
Jack: Feliciano Vargas ( Italy)
Clubs (Main color: Green) :
King: Ivan Braginski ( Russia)
Queen: Elizabeta Hedervary ( Hungry)
Jack: Rodriech Edelstein (Austria)
Diamonds ( Main color: Yellow or Orange) :
King: Francis Bonnefoy ( France)
Queen: Lillian Zwingli ( Liechtenstein)
Jack: Vash Zwingli ( Switzerland)
Roles (My headcanons) :
Kings: In charge of the military, runs trading and negotiations between other kingdoms
Queens: In charge in running the kingdoms, makings sure that festivals, paries, and celebrations are well planned.
Jacks: In charge of finances, and in charge of the royal court.
There are also Jokers. There are the messagers/ helpers of the 4 kingdoms.
