Chapter 20

~Zoe's P.O.V.~

Today is the day. I am really getting married. I have my dress, the one who maya insisted that I wear. my hair is done up nicely and I feel like a doll. but I don't feel fake, I just feel happy

Libby rushes over to me, tears streaming down her face.

"Oh zoe, I'm just so happy right now. Cameron is so lucky to get you." she says through choked sobs.

"Thanks, ever since my parents died, you and victor took over their role and made me feel loved, and I can't thank you enough for that."

"Zoe, it's almost time to go." Victor says from behind me. He's going to walk me down the isle today. Libby winks at me and scurries through the door to her seat.

I take a deep breath in and out. Victor hands me my bouquet and takes my arm.

"You look beautiful Zoe." He says as the music starts.

The church doors in front of us open and I can see everyone there.

I see my bridesmaids smiling at me. Peyton, looking completely and utterly gorgeous in the bridesmaids dresses. Skai is grinning so big, her lips might literally be stretched from ear to ear. Maya, has this look in her eyes that seems to say 'I knew this was going to happen before any of you guys did, ha!' . And Beth, who isn't looking at me, but across the alter at Karan. there is a huge engagement ring on her finger. Pretty soon she'll be at the alter.
Karan has his eyes locked on Beth. Even with his bald head, he still looks like the happiest man in the world.

But nothing compared to how Cameron looks. He is beaming, and I can't help but smile as well.

Cameron asked a few of his old friends to be his grooms, but I don't really know them. I only see his best man, smiling at my maid of honor. I was going to ask maya, but she said that she wanted Beth to have it. I told her it was my wedding so I choose, but then maya argued that without herself, the wedding wouldn't even be happening, and so Maya decided that Beth would be the maid of honor.

Victor and I walk arm in arm down the aisle. I smile at all of my friends in the seats. The Janoskians, Cameron's old dance crew, and even a few of my old friends from Australia flew out.

Finally we reach the alter. Victor lets me go.

The pastor begins to speak but I don't hear him, I only see Cameron.
We exchange our vows, mine being completely sappy and Cameron's sounding like a comedy skit, and then we both said
"I do."

Cameron kissed me, and a happiness took over me, consuming my thoughts and emotions completely, and that's how I knew I would love him until my very last breath.
