The double date

Who's Idea was this again, Reaps though as he tapped his his fingers on the table Rhythmically. Out in the in open, a fancy restaurant on what was commonly refered to as a double date, and what higher power would make him agree to paying the expenses of the bill, it is intresting how much persuasion his alien wife Rae had on him, she had him wrapped around her finger. But it wasn't any form of manipulation or mind tricks, Reaps simply spoils his wife. How was this who double date planned, Reaps was simply at wrong place at the wrong time.

visiting the bar where Reaps had once got down on one knee asking Rae to take his hand in marriage and become his beloved wife. Why a bar you ask, well Reaps had gone through a stage of grief over Rae's supposed death, but she returned to him finding him at the bar. The jump start to Reaps heart Rae was the person Reaps had ever fully opened up too, Rae was the first person he trusted, with out hesitation, Reaps had proposed in the bar.

3:21pm earlier that day

Well this bar is also the Bar that Megan works at and it just happened to be her shift. Megan had been having a lovely conversation with her Girlfriend Petal, Petal had been a mutual friend of both Reaps and Rae, but once Reaps took a seat ordering a glass of water no more did Reaps drink, but once he took a seat the conversation began, Petal poked herself between Both Reaps and Rae "Hello you too, didn't expect to catch you two here." Reaps was first to respond "simply did not expect to walk in on you flirting with the bartender." Reaps waited on the bartender Megan to return with a glass of water, "she's my girlfriend Reaps, and Megan is a very interesting and overall kind hearted person, should lighten up on the way you look at her, talk to her get to know her yourself, I think you'll be surprised" Petal stated she then led up with "we should be meet up somewhere talk and hang out." Megan caught onto the conversation as she returned to that counter placing the glass on the counter infront "so like a double date?" Megan questioned as she added to Petals proposal. Rae seem curious about this double date, Reaps and her don't often go on to many. "So what do you guys think a double date? Me and Megan, you and Reaps" there was a reason why Petal addresses the question to Rae, and without a double it was obvious why Petal desided to word it that way, she wanted to give Rae a say knowing that Rae would hold a favorable opinion and thus she did.

Reaps replayed with a straight forward "no" but it was overruled by Rae yelling over him in excitement "YES" and with that the three girls, one albino alien, one demon superhero, and one zombie bartender. The three began planning this double dates details all the while Reaps was actively listened while just trying to enjoy the glass of water infront of him. He would catch the details. About this new fancy four star restaurant that had just opened up both Megan and Petal share with Rae that it place they've been wanting to try but with Megan severing drinks and with petal severing criminals there teeth, they've both been busy sense it open. But this double date seemed like a pretty good opportunity to try it out.

It's not that Reaps didn't enjoy a good date with his wife, Reaps just wasn't exactly the social type of person, he was bad with small talk, but it was a working progress. He had initially told Petal and Megan both no to the idea of a double date in his usual serious tone.

"Well if you change your mind you are more then welcome to join us at around seven" Petal left the offer in the table for the two couple to decide on among them both.

Reaps and Rae would soon exit the bar not long afterward, Reaps held the door for his princess and Rae was waving bye-bye to her friends. The drive back wasn't silent Rae had played her playlist composed of song from the famous play Hamilton, she would sing the along to the soundtrack all the way back home, songs like "Blow us away", "Right hand man", "Aaron burr, Sir", "My shot" and even the one that still brings tears to her eyes just listening to it after countless times "Stay Alive" of course Reaps would lighten her mood by comforting her that he too had spoke to Philps not long ago, that he was doing just fine, perhaps he would introduce her to him, this brought a smile to her face as she whipped her tears away she told Reaps that she would very much like that. Of course Philps did actually die like the accuracy of play stated, Reaps had run into the a dead but not decaying version of Philps that walked among modern day people learning about all of his father's achevements and historys advancement, in machine, medicine and perhaps even education. As for the music, Hamilton was only one of the many playlist, soundtrack of consisting of 46 songs and skits.
