*Louis' POV*
The show finished after Infinity. As soon as we were backstage I knew there was no way to hold the tears back. I didn't follow the boys back to the dressing room instead I walked out a back door, finding a small alleyway. I ran the back of my hand over my eyes, clearing some of the tears before pulling my smokes out and raising one to my lips. I lit it and leaned back against the building. I could hear the fans exiting through the front. Babbling excitedly. I loved the fans...wonder what they would think of me if they found out what I'd done to their precious Harry. What I'd done to my precious Harry.
I exhaled, the smoke swirling in the cold night air around me. I took another long drag, letting my eyes fall shut.
"They say that will kill you, you know."
I snapped my eyes opened and found a young fan standing a few feet away.
                              I smiled politely.
                              "who's 'they'?"
She shrugged, fiddling with her fingers.
"Everyone, I guess? I know I shouldn't be back here but I was walking home, incredible show by the way, and you looked like maybe you could use a friend."
                              She shrugged.
I let out a breathless laugh, putting my smoke out with my foot. Sliding down the wall to sit on the floor. Tapping the spot beside me.
"What gave you that idea, love?"
She carefully sat next to me, hands in her lap before looking up at me with genuine eyes, sparkling in the street lights.
"Well you seemed less...you during the show, especially after Harry walked off, and well...I heard you crying when I walked passed..."
Her eyebrows furrowed as she looked closer at me.
"And you have a black eye. Didn't seem like to much of a jump to figure you needed someone. My only question is...why aren't the boys out here?"
                              I felt my shoulders slump.
"They're not out here because they all gate me right now. For a good reason. Liam gave me the black eye."
Her eyes just about fell out of her head.
"Liam?! Like Liam Payne Liam? Big softie teddy bear Liam? What the fuck...."
                              I chuckled a little bit.
"Yep that's the one. Can confirm not that soft. Well his fist isn't at least."
She pursed her lips, thinking for a minute before turning to me again.
"If you want to tell me what happened you can. I won't tell anyone. If you don't I totally understand. Sometimes you just need a friend that's not actually a friend. It's weird but sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger than those closest to you."
I felt a smile creep on my lips. She was sweet. And she was right, sometimes it was easier to talk to a stranger. That was when I realised I was going to tell her, not just what I told the boys, but everything.
"You're right. What's your name? You know everything about me but I don't know anything about you."
                              "I'm Rose, -"
Whatever else she was going to say got cut off by her phone lighting up with a twitter notification. I just caught a glimpse before she locked it and put it away. Her face turning a slight shade of pink.
                              "Larry's Hoe's hey?"
I laughed and the poor girl just went more red.
                              "Yea I mean- it's just... they're um...it's..."
