13. New Attitude

Y/N POV

Two weeks had passed by since I saw Hoseok last. Everyone was on high alert ever since they found a woman stabbed in the marsh. Lately I had been having darker thoughts about wishing Mizuki was the one they found.

I think of Hoseok too, I wonder where he is or how he's doing. I told Hiyori I'd meet her at lunch, I needed some time to clear my head. I went out into the school front yard and nearly leaped out of my own skin.

Leaning against a now sleek black car, with his hair dyed dark black was Hoseok and he looked like he was dressing to match his soul. Next to him of course was Mizuki and a new guy, shorter than him. When Mizuki spotted me she immediately pressed herself against Hoseok.

I stomped over towards them which caused Hoseok to raise an eyebrow at me.

"Where have you been the past two weeks? You weren't in class or answering my texts."

"Last I checked I was fucking your friend here. I don't need to answer you."

Mizuki gave an annoying fake laugh at what he said and I wanted to drag her all over the parking lot. These two would probably stop me so I decide not to for right now.

"Mm she wasn't really a good friend to me and you know that Hoseok." I spat at him.

"You act like you were friend of the year Y/n. As soon as Miyori went missing you and Hiyori shut me out completely."

"Well you were the one that told her she ruined everything and you wished she'd disappear. That's Hiyori's sister and you were a heartless bitch with her head only set on dick."

Hoseok stiffened when we mentioned Miyori's name and for a split second he looked like he was going to punch Mizuki in her face.

I wished he would.

"Get off of me Mizuki." Hoseok commanded her and like the dick-thirsty puppy she is, she let go of his arm. Hoseok walked around to the driver's seat of his car and sped off, leaving me with his friend and the dickwhore.

"Ah, forgive him. Miyori was a good friend of ours and hearing how cruel Mizuki is just upset him. I'm Min Yoongi by the way, I went to a different high school with Hoseok."

The boy named Yoongi held his hand out to me with a gummy smile plastered on his face. I shook his hand and gave him my own smile, much to Mizuki's distaste.

"Don't go and try to sleep with his friend now y/n." Mizuki said and Yoongi shot her a death glare.

"You're Hoseok's y/n?" Yoongi looked me over then smiled. "Interesting."

I didn't know what he meant by that. He clearly knows that Hoseok is sleeping with Mizuki so I wasn't sure if he said it to upset her or if he was going to tell me why Hoseok was being so weird. Either way someone needed to be under her skin and I'm glad for once it wasn't only me. Yoongi bid me a farewell after giving me his number and dragged Mizuki along with him.

That was really...weird. What connection does Hoseok have to Miyori that none of us know about? Does Hiyori know? Clearly not otherwise she'd ask him a bunch of questions about her sister. I needed to talk to her about this but before I turned around Seokjin pulled up where Hoseok was parked.
