She told him that she was trying to find out who Jesus was. He checked the time and noticed his shift was over, so he took a seat across from her and explained.
He said that Jesus was God, that He was the Savior of the world, and that He was love. He noticed in her eyes that she was piecing everything together and asked him many questions. They didn't even realize that the coffee shop was closing after an hour of speaking.
"Thank you." She told him, a smile lighting her face. He couldn't help but smile back at the red headed girl.
"You're welcome." He said before walking her out to her bike. She put her book in her backpack and waved.
He couldn't help but feel happy that night after spending time with the girl from the coffee shop. He decided that he'd talk to her again the next Saturday.
But the next Saturday, she wasn't there.
