Got No Strings On Me

Round Three

**Cyrus's POV**

We made it to the final round! My first match was with a chick with vine hair. As soon as the round started, I shot the strings out and latched on the vines. I was surprised that I was able to control her as soon as I touched the vines.

"Interesting, your vines are literally a part of you. This makes my job easier, now turn around and walk out."

She turned away and walked right out of the arena. I pulled back my strings and bowed when they called me the winner.

Then I had to watch the next match, Izu vs Shinsou. I cheered when he broke out of the mind control. I have been practicing on him ever since we found out Shinsou abilities. Then came Kiri's first match, I was cracking up laughing at it, he got matched with Tensutensu, a class 1b with the similar abilities. Izu was smacking me because how much I was laughing.

**Izu's POV**

It was Cyrus's turn again and he was against the class rep. Cyrus looked bored as he walked on the stage. I know that he is not really good with speed heroes, so this is a good test with him.

I had my notebook out writing down notes during the fight.

"Deku, you keep a lot of notes on the whole class." Uraraka said as she looked over my shoulder.

"This whole class is amazing, unique, and powerful."

"Some of your notes are interesting, kero." Tsuyu said. "Why did you point certain spots on Killian's sides."

"He is really sensitive there, he can't handle anything going near his sides."

I turned back to the match when I heard Cyrus scream. His strings got caught on Tenya's arm and it caused him to get chucked out of the ring as he spun.

"How long are you supposed to see stars? All I am missing the stripes and then I feel really patriotic." Cyrus said after he hit the wall.

He collapsed after a few seconds. He missed out on the rest of the matches, which wasn't much. Kiri got too flustered fighting Bakugo and lost against him. I wanted my future bedmate to be powerful and I got burned by him.
