"This lasagna is so good," Ross moaned as he savored his bite.

"I know right, baby this is great," Ellington commented. Baby... That melted my heart.

"Thanks guys," I chuckled.

"I wish Ryland was here tho, were all here except Ry," Riker frowned.

"Yeah, what was the meeting for any way?" I asked after i finished chewing.

"If i'm not mistaken, i think it was for a concert," Rocky spoke.

"Really?" Rachel excitedly asked. A concert? Again? They just came back from tour.

"Yeah, and guess what. He's trying to get Rydel to perform!" Rocky exclaimed.

I almost chocked on the piece of bread i was eating, "What?" I coughed. Me performing again? It's been years. Way to long.

"Yes! It would be great right?" Riker chuckled.

I shrugged, "I don't know, what if i can't sing anymore. After all these years.."

"Come on mommy, you can sing," Riley spoke.

"She's right," Ross spoke as he chewed on a piece of bread. He's so fancy..

"I'll think about it.."

I really do need to think about it. Me and the stage together again? I don't think that's a good idea. What about the fans? What if they don't like me anymore.. What if i fall from the stage. Or i'll sing horribly. Or worse they throw tomatoes at me. I'm overreacting the R5family would never hate me.
My thoughts were interrupted by the doorbell, "That must be Ryland," I chuckled as i got up from my seat.

"And why is he ringing the bell?" I laughed as i made my way towards the door.

"Maybe he feels more proper now," Ellington laughed.

"Yeah right," Rocky's voice was heard.

I laughed at the boys comment before opening the door, "You know you didn't need to-," I spoke looking at my shoes but when i look up i see the man i thought i would never see again in my life. The man that left years ago. The man i desperately missed but also hated for leaving us. The man i thought had disappeared forever.
This man is now standing in my doorstep. But how?

"Dad?" I questioned at the man that raised me.

"Hi baby girl," He spoke reaching out to me but i quickly jerked away. Making his features change into hurt and betrayal.

"Honey what's u-' oh," Ellington spoke as he saw him.

"Honey?" The man asked.

I nodded slowly, "Were engaged,"
He gasped, "Really? I knew you two would end up together after all,"

"Stop the chit chat, what are you doing here?" Ellington angrily responded.

I couldn't find words to express what i'm feeling right now. A part of me is relief he's okay but, the other part of me is mad at this man for leaving us in such a hard time.

"Hey, i come in peace. I just wanted to see my kids," He spoke looking at me.

"Well, your'e a little to late Mark.
What's it been 9 years?" Ellington spat.

"Ellington, calm down buddy. I j-," He spoke but Ellington cut him off.

"First of all i am not your 'buddy'," Ellington quoted, "Second of all you have no right to come up to my house and apologize after all these years. After all they went threw. So i suggest you go before the others get here," Ellington exclaimed slightly pushing him out of our porch.
