Hero name- Angel

Since (y/n) doesn't have a quirk I decided to give her weapons and make her more skillful with fighting in hand to hand combat and other kinds of stuff, it's only fair so she can have the chance to fight as well.

Fighting styles- Since she doesn't have a quirk her parents gifted her weapons to help her fight. While her mother only gave her a sword and two butterfly knives and her father designed her a special weapon. Luckily he had the resources to do so because one he came from a multi-billion family so the funding for it wasn't a problem and he builds most support items for heroes all over the world so he has experience in building custom weapons for heroes. The weapon he designed was a rather large gun cannon.
It is capable of firing 20 rocks/bullets per second.
In combat, it serves a similar purpose to a shotgun, to help neutralize a single enemy with its high stopping power.
It can be transformed into a giant blade.
It cannot only shoot rocks/bullets but also blast slower but more powerful orbs.
(Y/n) can use the cannon in close-quarter combat as an effective melee weapon, and physically strikes her enemies with it.
Strong and big enough to be used as a shield against attacks.
Can charge certain amounts of energy to unleash a devastating blast.
Downsides to the weapon-
When using it as a melee weapon it's wastes a lot of her energy because of how heavy it is so using it as a melee weapon is more of a last resort
When used for too long without having a break in between shooting it may overheat making it unable to shoot any projectiles until it cools down
This weapon slows her down a lot so when it comes to running and dodging attacks when she's holding onto the cannon but without it her attacks actually pretty fast.

Hero outfit-

Backstory (this is going to vague since the backstory is going to be important to the plot)- Due to (Y/n) being quirkless her school life was pretty rough with constantly getting picked on and bullied, but instead of getting sad she was more annoyed than anything else. She hated that she and other people who were quirkless are looked down on in society. She hopes to change that by becoming a hero so she can people's point of view on those who are quirkless. She knew her dream was slowly coming true when she was admitted to the hero course in U.A. However being in the hero course was especially hard on her since unlike the others she didn't have a quirk but at the same time that gave her a slight advantage because when the others were trying to make their quirks stronger she could just focus on practicing with her cannon, sword and other kinds of close-quarters combat.

Relationships
Midoriya- once the school year started and Midoriya found out that (y/n) was quirkless he couldn't help but bond with her since he used to be quirkless as well and that bond continues to grow as they go to the same agency for the hero work studies.
Mirio- When Mirio met (y/n) they connected almost immediately because (y/n) had asked if she could train with him in hand to hand combat and eventually he started to see her as a little sister.
Her father- Despite being busy with work he always makes time for (y/n) whenever she comes to visit after she moved into the dorms. When he found out that his daughter would be quirkless he couldn't help but worry about her safety. So when (y/n) told him she wanted to become a hero he completely freaked out but instead of refusing to let her chase her dream he designed her cannon to give her a chance to fight alongside other heroes and to protect herself as well.
Her mother- She's almost never home because she is a hero and tends to leave the country a lot to help with villains in other places in the world, but that never stops her to at least call and text (y/n) to see how she is doing. When she found out that her daughter wanted to be a hero unlike her husband she was against the idea but after constant arguments and persuading she finally gave in. However, she had certain conditions she made (y/n) train intensely with her. She specializes in swordsmanship, speed and close-quarters combat like military hand to hand combat and she taught (y/n) everything. The training was really brutal but (y/n) never gave up and it really paid off.
Chisaki- At first the only reason he let himself get close to (y/n) was that she wasn't sick as he likes to put it but as time went by for some reason he stayed her side most of the time during middle school but one day he just disappeared. (By the way he's only 3 years older than in this)
