I get a call from Liza and I'm so scared to answer I've been a total dick to her and I honestly don't know what to expect from her
L: So I read your note what do you want to talk about? With a bitchy voice
D: sorry Liza that I acted like a dick last night I honestly don't even know why I acted that way forwards you maybe we can talk next time I'm kinda busy right now
L: why are you busy is "nat" there
Oh shit I forget to tell Liza Natalie was coming over to help me design my house
D: sorry Liza I need to go I'll call you tomorrow so we can make plans
L:bye and she hangs up this must be bad she didn't even tell me I love you
I then get a cart and Natalie is so deep into her phone that she forgets there is cars trying to pass and she is so slow so I grab her hand and pull her with me
"David what are you doing, you hurt me"
"I'm sorry Natalie I was trying to make you walk faster"
"It's okay David I get it, I'm sorry"
We walk around the store looking for blankets I let her choose her own blanket, and we then make our way to the food section and get Oreos, chips and some candy we make our way to the register we check out and then make our way to the Tesla
"So Natalie why were you so into your phone when I grabbed you are you hiding something from your best friend" I say and we chuckle
"I don't know David I'm just really sad I think Shawn is very upset at me" as her eyes start to water but she holds it in
"How Natalie did you do something wrong? Everything is probably fine" as we pull in to the driveway making my way into the garage
"No david I did fuck up and I can tell he is very upset at me" as tears run down her eyes and she looks down trying to hide her face
"Why did you do" as I light up her chin with my thumb under her lips
"David I fucked up so bad I didn't tell Shawn I was coming to LA and he texted me to try and make plans for tomorrow but once I tell him he's gonna be so upset with me" and she starts crying even more
"Natalie I think we will support you, even though you didn't tell him I don't think he will brake up with you for that"
" I know David but-" i then pull her in for a hug and don't let her finish
"So what do you say we watch a movie and we deal with this tomorrow?"
"I guess, so what movie do you have planned?"
"I don't know yet" as I get the bags off of the trunk we walk in my room
