I sighed fixing my bra strap before throwing on my hoodie, grabbing my bag and fixing my belt as I looked at myself in the small mirror before shutting my locker.

I swiped my hair back taking out my glasses from the case they sat in and put them on my face before putting my phone and wallet into my hoodie pocket, pushing open the door waving to one of the waiters

" Later Danny"

" Later Liz"

I waved once more walking out after receiving my wad of cash from my boss who waited for me I unrolled and recounted my money as I made my way to the nearest corner store for a quick snack before my walk home

I took a quick turn into an alley way I normally go through to miss all of the busy people leaving their jobs but as I looked up to turn around the building I fell.

But was knocked to the ground instead and my money was in the hand of some guy as I looked up from the ground but he took off into the crowd of people before I could holler for help..

What just happened?

I sighed answering the call from my father as I pulled out of the parking lot putting him on speaker I rolled my windows down to block the sound of his voice

" Yes? What now"

"You're turning 24 in a week. And let me guess, still no girlfriend?"

" I don't need one. You s-

" I said the business is yours when I get a daughter-in-law. That's. What I said."

" Why? Aren't I still too young to have kids? Mom doesn't want me having a girlfriend, she says I need to finish maturing."

" What your mother is saying you're still too childish. Which isn't a way to describe the CEO"

"I-

"No more of this. By Christmas you better have at least a partner, otherwise you're cut from the business completely"

" Fine. Whatev-

I was stuck at a red light and I groaned ending the call with my father the second I looked up I caught a glimpse of a young girl jumping up and over my car

I clenched my jaw grinding my teeth. Watching her as the light turned green I took the next left following after her, today is not my day.

I turned the same corner as the man I've been chasing down only to be stopped by a man in a white car I groaned running around the car, seeing it was the same car I leaped over at the light

I looked over as the strange man walking up to the the thief who stole my money I ran up to him. Not wanting my hard earned money stolen again

The thief was cornered with no where to run unless he was spiderman. I sighed stepping towards him when the man next to me grabbed me

" Hey!-

" Why are you chasing this man?"
