DAY ONE

dig deeper, dig deeper how could i possibly dig deeper when he gave me a small stupid note leading to a hidden meaning an old japanese meaning 'bright' what else is there too it or is he just trying to leave me a message to humiliate me was this his way of torment i dont even know the man

i furiously wipe my tears and run inside to the kitchen reaching on the side grabbing the message 'AKIRA IS THE ANSWER YOUR LOOKING FOR' but what answer i asked many questions which one could this of possibly answer

i screw up the note and throw it in the corner groaning in pain dig deeper what does that mean, unless he didnt mean figerativly what if he meant literally dig deeper to find the message thats it i have to find the other messages

i smile and run out of the door leaving the door wide open as i pass through the streets pushing bystanders out the way i reach a building site and smirk grabbing a sledgehammer i growl and head up to marcels house.

i kick open the door as i see an empty room,even better i walk towards the kitchen as i smile reasuring myself the message will set kol free i sigh as i swing it over my shoulder

'kira what are you doing?' i freeze as i turn around

'im saving kol dee' i say before swinging it smashing into the sink as davina runs forwards grabbing my elbow as i push her off me and swing

i reach forwards into the sink and reach around no letter no note no clue i pant in confusion my anger

'its not here' i pant

'what isnt there kira?' davina says i turn to her annoyed as i swing the sledgehammer back at the sink i swing repeatedly swing after swing screams mixed with anger spewing out of my mouth

'arggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh' i scream the pipe bursting sprewing water all over my face drenching the floor

'kira stop you need to calm down' davina pleads

i scream again smashing into the floor now, i raise it again as i bring it down a hand catches onto it

'kira what is going on?' he says concerned as i throw my hands forward marcel moving out of the way as the cooker starts to creak and squeak

'marcel' davina says concerned

'davina get out now!' i hear footsteps running as i twist my hands tears streaming down my face

I scream one last time as the gas egnites and fire blows marcel looks at me and vamp speeds us both jumping out of the window his body the only thing seperating my body from the floor he looks up at me and then lies back

'im sorry' i whisper.

'where is she?' klaus asks

'over there she hasnt moved from that spot' marcel says i hear footsteps close behind me as i glance at the flames above me seeing the ocassional head of josh and elijah putting out the fire hands place on my shoulders

'kira its klaus sweetheart its okay its all going to be okay' he says i shake my head tears in my eyes

'no no its not because i can't figure it out i can't do it i can't do it klaus' he moves infront of me

'kira none of us are close to finding our dear brother kira do not weigh that on yourself' he holds onto my shoulder I subconsciously shove him off and stare at the fire as a familiar voice snaps me out of my trance

'oh my god kira is that you what happened!?' I turn around seeing Luke

tears fill my eyes as I run to his embrace clutching onto him for dear god
