Later that night
I was laying on the floor mattress looking at the ceiling
Were my parents really looking for me or had just gave up on hope
Jermaine was my uncle..yup he kidnapped me when I was 10 I've been stuck here for 4 years now
He made me start working at the club at 13 but before I use to just count the money he makes for him
I wish I could go back to that...
A knock on my window made me jump up
The person kept on knocking making me breathe out getting up
I slowly moved the broken curtains to see kentrell
He mouthed "let me in" and I opened the widow backing away
A box came sliding in then kentrell climbed through
"What's that?" I asked pointing to the box
"It's some clothes..fa you" he said pushing it over to me
"Really?" I raised my eyebrows
"Yeah open it" he said nodding to it
I bent down and opened it up seeing a bunch of clothes making a small smile appear on my face
"I know it ain't much but I-
"No it's actually more than perfect" I laughed a little closing it back
"Hide it somewhea ion want that nigga to find it and burn it or sum" he mumbled
"He's not going to be back for a couple of days" I said lowly pushing it in the closet
"Where he at?"
"He said something about going to work or something in that range" I shrugged walking back
"You got food in thea?" He asked
"No but I'll manage" I shrugged
"I'll bring you sum tomorrow just call me" he said nodding
"Or you could just take me with you" I mumbled playing with my nails
"Huh?"
"Why won't you just take me wi-with you?" I stuttered looking over at him
"If I take you he gon start searching fa you" kentrell said scratching his head
"Okay but I'll be well hidden he won't find me at you-
"Anomaly just stay here I got chu" kentrell said with an aggressive tone in his voice that he never used before with me at least
"Oh-okay" I mumbled looking down
"Imma be back tomorrow Ight?" He said opening up the window
"Yeah whatever" I mumbled sitting on the mattress facing the wall
"Mane don't do that cause now you just making me feel bad" he smack his teeth
If-If your going t-to go the-then go" I stuttered
"Anomaly it ain't like I-
"Okay I don't care anymore I have to stay here I got it" I shrugged
"Damn when you started poppin yo shit like that?" Kentrell said holding his chest
I ignored him still staring at the wall
I just wanted to get out of here before Jermaine comes back
I'm tired of this I just want to end it all..
