The throne room was filled with different kinds of gems.Huge gems,small gems,gem fusions,plain color gems,colorful gem,and anything you can think of was here.I was hiding just behind the entrance way.I inhale for 5 seconds.I exhaled for 4 seconds.I step out from my hiding spot.I walked through the crowds of gems.The room starts to feel a lot smaller now.I glanced around the room to see gems staring at me.I saw them whispering 'who she is?' 'Is she Steven friend?' 'I never heard he had any other human friends?'.My anxiety started to skyrocketed through the roof.
'I don't belong here!Everyone hates me!I shouldn't be here!I need Steven!'
I pick up my pace as I eyed around the room looking for Steven.I saw Emeralds,Jades,Sapphires,Dark brown bushy hair.
'Wait a minute,dark brown bushy hair.....THAT STEVEN!'
I quickly head towards the spot where I saw the bushy hair.My face lit up as I saw him talking to Connie.I haven't saw Steven yet with his formal wear(The outfit above but his belly is covered).A light red splash of color covered my cheeks.His hair was so perfectly place.His light pink vest made him look like a prince.The rose he had on his chest was bright and lively.His white pants fit him nicely.He was giggling and laughing with Connie.I slowly walked over to him as I lift my dress up a bit.I was 5 feet away from him when I turned his head towards me.His cheek started to heated up ; He said to me
"Y/N!Finally your here.Now we start the reall party"
I tiled my head to questioned
"Huh?"
He crouched down before jumping 50 feet onto his pink throne under all the other diamonds thrones,The diamonds were sitting on their throne.My jaw drop to the floor as Connie walked over next to me.I asked in surprised matter
"He can do that?!"
Connie's giggled
"Yeah,It one of his powers he has"
Steven the waved his arms around as he announced
"May I have your attention,Please."
It took a couple of seconds to gather all the gems attention.Once he saw that he had their attention,He announced
"Tonight is the night where I freed you from the diamonds control.I had..Change their minds.I'm graceful for you all coming here and supporting this change in your society.I want to announce the honor guest."
I looked over to Connie as she blushed.My heart started to cracked from the pain ,but I have to understand that I am not his right hand man.I just his friend at best.I eyed over to Steven again as he projected
"She is Y/N L/N"
My eyes wided and jaw to the floor.
'I'm his honor guest?!But how?I only knew him for a two days'
Everyone else was just shocked to the point if confusion.He handle his hand out towards me.I glanced over to Connie to see staring at the ground with eyes filled with confusion,shocked,and a hint of saddness.I glanced back at Steven with his eyes have a little regret in them.I pick up my dress and walks over to him.The gems moved put to make a path to him.The room was filled with only one sound of my heels taping on the floor.I walked up the stairs and take his hand.He pulled me to his side as I saw eyes just staring at me.He announced
"I know you all might be wondering who she is.It might be a shock to everyone but she is hybrid just like me."
The whole room gasps besides the friends that knew.The whole room filled itself with voices of confusion.Steven tried to get their attention but the room didn't listen to him.Suddenly,someone cleared their throat loud and clear behind us.The room shifted their attention to the one who did it.Me and Steven lood behind us to see it was White that did it.Steven told her
"Thank you"
Smiling,she bowed her head at him for a second.Me and Steven eyed back towards the crowd.Steven sigh before saying
"I know you all are think : I thought Steven was the only half human and gem.I thought so too, but here she is.I promise you that she is..*He looked over to me as I eyed him.He smiles*the kindest,smartest,and most beautiful person you ever met."
I blushed intensely as my stomach dropped.He had blushed that across over his nose and cheeks.He eyed back to the room and said
"Now,let's all head to the ballroom for the Dance Of The Mind."
The room started to talk to each other.Some seem fine with me, but others seem to be unsure about me.A pulled from my hand pulled me put of my thoughts.I glanced at my right side and saw Steven looking at me.He told me
