It'd been quite a while since Shawn had up and disappeared, not that it was unusual for him to do so but usually only for maybe a month or two at a time.
He'd been gone for almost a year this time. Some were still looking for him and most assumed he was dead.
He wasn't, of course.
Today was normal, well, as normal as a day on Mobius could get anyways. Nothing too unusual, just people going about their day until predictably (and right on time) a small battalion of of egg pawns dropped from the sky and started attacking.
