One day the doctor looked out through his window and saw the two children outside playing by themselves.
To his delight he found out that the parents or eldest child weren't home.
The neighbors weren't there either due to an event happening downtown.
So he went outside and offered the children some candy that have a drug inside of them to make them unconscious.
