"Alex dude, slow down!" I yelled as he dragged me down the street towards the park letting me go once we got there. he gave me time to catch my breath from all the running we did. once I caught my breath I started looking around for any sign of them, I got a glance of blue hair and automatically knew it was them. I motioned for Alex to follow me as we got closer hiding behind a tree not far from them giving us hearing access to their conversation

"So, what's up with you and that rusty Dude?" Tony questioned taking a bite of his basic Chocolate ice cream.

"U-Um, nothing he's a good friend. That's all" she smiled as she awkwardly rubbed the back of her neck.

 "It doesn't seem like it, he's always being so protective of you" He set his ice cream down beside him starring off into the distance.

"He's always been like that, I guess since I'm one of his only friends he wants to protect me. " she smiled slightly taking a small bite out of her Mint Chocolate chip ice cream

"You like him don't you?" He asked looking at her with a serious face. she sighed and took a deep breath in.

" If you want me to be honest then, yes I have a slight crush on him, he doesn't like me tho.." she looked down at the ice cream in her hands before taking another bite.

*~ Alex's POV ~*

(let's Pretend Alex and Tony are cousins)

"Hey Tony, I need your help. You know that girl with the pink hair from Tiffs wedding?" He glance up from his phone, we were currently hanging out at my parents house.

"Yea, you mean that cute girl?" i sighed as I nodded.

 "Yes her,  you know she's me and Rusty roommate" he hummed in response.

"Well Rusty likes her. We all know that she likes him" I laughed and smirked

 "So you want my help to get them together" He Smirks. I nodded as i sat next to him pulling out my notepad

 "I'm in, what's the plan?" Tony laughed as we starred at my note pad.

 "Well, I'm thinking. You should ask Pink out on a date, then I'll get Rusty and we'll follow you. when we get there I'll text you and we'll hide behind something nearby close enough for us to hear your conversation, then I want you to bring up Rusty then boom, confession" he nodded now where ready to get this plan on the move.

*~ Alex's POV ~*

I'll have to thank Tony after this, the plan is going just how I want it. Pink just confessed her feelings for Rusty and now all we need to do is get Tony to walk off and for Rusty to head over. I quickly pull out my phone sending a quick text to Tony.

 "Hey, bro I need you to make an excuse to leave for a little while so Rusty can talk to her " I hit send, Tony quickly picked up his phone texting a quick response.

 "Okay" he put his phone back in his pocket and stood up 

"I'll be right back, I need to use the restroom" he said, Pink nodded as he started walking away quickly sending a wink my way before running over to the tree behind us.

"Rusty, now's the time to confront her.." I said slightly pushing him out from behind the tree

 "I can't" he looked at me give me a look, he was afraid.

 "Rusty, you got this.. get you girl before he takes her" he took a deep breath before making his way over to her.

"Hey Pink." she looked at him

 "Rusty, what are you doing here.. were you and Alex spying on me again?" she chuckled.

 "Yeah, we just wanted to make sure Tony didn't hurt you" he smiled rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

"that's sweet.. but did you hear what I said earlier?" she questioned looking away from him. Rusty's face erupted in heat..

 "yea, we heard everything. But it's okay cause I like you too" he smiled. she sat  there still in shock..

"wait, say that again" she stood up turning towards him.

" Um, I like you too" she engulfed him in a hug..

 " Pink, will you be my girlfriend" he cupped her cheeks..

"of course.."
