Always With Me

Michael's POV
Year: 1971
Age: 13

"Wait What?" I told Joe as Me, My Siblings , and my Mother was in the Living-room. We just gotten back from recording at Motown;

"Yes! We're Moving to Los Angeles. I got us a Nice House and everything, we're leaving tomorrow."  Joe says. I look out the window to see Phoenix's House, we have gotten more close than ever. I hate to leave her,

"Joe, we cant leave! I like it here in Gary" LaToya said, "Well it's too late, we're leaving tomorrow!" He says and walks to another room; my siblings leave as well. I go to window and look out it, "Michael, are you worried about the girl across the street?" Mother said. "Yes, Mother. I am, We became Good Friends" I told her - she smiled, "Why don't you go over there and tell her the news. I won't tell Joseph" she says

I nodded and go over there; I go to her house, to her window and tap on it.

No Answer

I tap again and a boy, who looked the same age as me opened the window. "Hey, can I help you?" He asked, "Um yeah, Is Phoenix here?" I asked him. "No she isn't, but your Michael right?" He asked, "Yes, who are you?" I asked.

"I'm Myles, her brother. She's told me a lot about you," He said. "Oh nice! Do you know when she'll be back? I really need to tell her something." I asked, "yeah she should be back tonight" Myles replied. "Nice! Thank you" I said and walk back to my house. I hope Phoenix comes back early;

Phoenix's POV
Age: 10

I was in the Recording Studio, recording the first 3 songs on my first EP. I felt really proud of it, after I got done, I got home before Dark by taking the Bus. When I got home, I went straight to bed. I was so tired, but I'm glad I got the Music done.

The Next Day

I woke up and did my Morning Duties and then went downstairs to eat Breakfast and after, went to get dressed and head to the Studio to record the last 3 songs.

After the Studio, I came home but saw the Jackson House was empty and a "For Sale" sign on their Lawn. I got confused, I go inside my house and see my brothers, sister, and dad. "Phoenix, sit down" My father told me, I did.

"Phoenix, There's no easy way to say this-" My father started. "Dad, where's Michael?" I asked, "his family moved, now Phoenix listen" Daniel said, He moved?

"Phoenix, there's no easy way to say this but..." Dad started, I got wide eyed

"your Mother is Dead"
