We made it safely across the water and drove the bikes on land. Avoiding people the best we can, everyone parked their bikes next to a railing and hopped off.
"This certainly isn't the birthday trip I was expecting." I huff
"We'll be quick I promise." Carlos whispers
I hug him and smile.
"Hey, I'm me again!" Mal smiled
"Duh! Evil magic doesn't work here! Kind of the point." Celia stated
Celia led us into a little underground arcade where her father was, Carlos and I walked towards the tv. He placed a coin of some sort into it and sat down, I sat on his lap and he put his arms around my waist.
"Alerts of the sleeping spell keep coming in as it spreads throughout Auradon." The reporter said
"Uh. guys. Come look at this." Carlos shouted
Everyone walked over to the tv and stayed silent.
"There are rumours that Sleeping Beauty's daughter, Audrey, is behind the spell. We're trying to discover who is responsible for these vicious lies, and which villain has perpetrated this evil."
The reporter touched his earpiece.
"We have an update. It's what? It's moving this way? It is moving this way."
The reporter sped off
"Let's go quick." I said standing up
We walked out of the hideout only to see our bikes occupied by someone else.
"Wow! Rookie mistake?" Carlos moaned
"Long time nay see. Hello princess"
Harry winked at me, Carlos tried to go for him but I held him back.
"Get off my bike, Hook." Jay threatened
"Catch me if you can, Jay."
Hook laughed and took off with the bikes.
"Over the roofs. Cut them off." Evie ordered
"Alice, Daisy you go with them." I said
Celia tried to follow them but I stopped her.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey, not you. They got this. You, Mal and me gotta go find the ember." I say
"Good timing. It's right about his nap time." Celia walked off
We followed her to Hades' lair, the barking could be heard from miles. Mal pointed to a sign.
"Hey. How big is that dog?" Mal asked
"You'll see." Celia said
We entered the lair quietly.
"Okay, stay quiet. It echoes, like, crazy in here." Celia whispered
Mal, Celia and I put helmets on and rode the bike to Hades. Mal and I snuck past the sofa he was sleeping on and tried to grab the ember. Celia turned the record player off.
"What are you doing here?" Hades 'sang'
"I noticed you were low on canned corn."
Celia pulled out a can from her bag, I took this chance to grab the ember but Hades grabbed my wrist. Mal grabbed his hand and threw it down.
"Hi, Dad." Mal said
Hades took off his sunglasses and waved at Mal
"Quite a show you put on the other day." Hades 'complimented'
"Right back at you."
"I was just coming to see you." Hades smiled
"Really? Wonder why. Is it because I'm gonna
be Queen?" Mal suggests
"Now, Mal, don't be bitter." Hades says
"You abandoned her when she was a baby." I interfered
"Fact." Mal said pointing her finger up

"No. No, I left your mother. She's not the easiest person to get along with." Hades says scrunching up his face
"You think?"
"Huh. You see? We have something in common already. We both hate your mother."
"No. I don't hate my mother. She may be an evil lunatic, but at least she stuck around." Mal states
"Oh! Boo-hoo. Wake up and smell the stink. You think you've had it rough?"
"I used to be a god! I had an entire world
which bore my name. And now I have nothing! And you have no idea what that feels like." Hades bellowed
"Really? Because for 16 years, I had nothing. And now, I have a whole world. But unless I get that ember, it's game over." Mal shouted
"Hold, please." Hades says

Mal grabs my hand and walks out, followed my Celia.
"If it gets wet, it's game over." Hades yells
She waves without turning back.

"I guess that's the reason why he's always asking about you." Celia recalled
"Evie and (Y/N) are the only ones who knows that he's my dad. And as far as I'm concerned, he doesn't even exist." Mal confesses
