Envy; a feeling of discontented or resentful longing aroused by someone else's possessions, qualities, or luck.
Lianna envied her sister.
She was in love with her past best friend Quincy.

She remembers everything in her past.
"Do you love me?" Quincy lowly questions.
His hand rests on the door behind her as she stands in between his muscular yet tall structure.
"I - I don't know" she whispers.

If she could take it back, she would.
She basically pushed her sister in Quincy's arms.

Sighing Madison pushed her hair out her face and gazed at him as he talked to her sister.
For a quick second they made eye contact, just for her to look away in awkwardness.

Present Day
I'm a complete mess. Today is the day I get out my full size bed and move on from the past.

Removing my tone legs from the mattress I get up with an agenda.
I lazily past my sisters room without looking inside.

I'm completely done with this secret sister rivalry.
I am my own individual and I refuse to envy anyone or hold any ill feelings.

"Sister bear" my twin says in a knowing tone.
Pursing my lips I reply with a mellow "Yes."

"Do you mind driving Quincy and I to our photo shoot?"

Fuck me.

My back stiffens as I purse my lips before replying.
"Of course not!"

McKenzie glances behind me before whispering "He will always be mine."

This is her way of taunting me.
She is the reminder of my lost.

Without saying anything I walk to my room lost in my thoughts.

Glancing in the mirror I point out my perfections. Then I point out my flaws.

She will always be better than me.
Everyone has the better sister.

She was the chosen one and I was not.

With a sigh I head out to face Quincy and his lover.

Quincy

I watch the sad girl who lets her sister tear her into shreds.

I think it's completely disgusting  how McKenzie treats her twin, but who am I to get involved?

You can't help the weak or sadly someone who refuses to receive help.

With a sigh I follow Madison to her room.

She bumps into me with her head held low.

"Oh it's just you" she lowly remarks.
