As Izuku and his parents were sitting in the living room of their home they heard and a explosion

So he grabbed Inko putting her in headlock position but before he did she threw Midoriya onto to ground because she sensed danger

All for one:Looks you made your choice-then he put and a hand very close to Inko activating a quirk killing her
As she dropped motionless he then looked at Hiashi then killed him as well
For Izuku he just saw both his parents die in front of him

Next All for one prepared to kill Izuku All might protected him
Now All might was angry really really angry first his sensei and now innocent civilians
He made sure Izuku wouldn't be hurt so he knocked All for one away to continue his fight

When all might was about to kill all for one a purplish portal warped him away and with that All might was sent to the hospital

Izuku was also brought to hospital to see if he was ok they checked up on him he only had a few bruises

The police asked him a few questions and he was free to go but then they remembered he had no parents so they were about to take him to the orphanage before
