Yah, 1D is back(in my dreams)! Tbh I feel like a lot of fanfics get clout because of the ships and not the actual writing. However, this one truly stands on its own and has great writing.
Completely unrelated question: How do you feel about paid stories? I completely understand why authors do it, but it's just disheartening to see some of my favorite stories unreadable because I have to pay for them. Again, I'm not mad about it, just kinda sad. I've been looking at my past recommendations and I noticed that a few of them have become paid stories, and I can't reread them :( Maybe I'm just poor.
