Author's Note

I don't know if I'll have anyone reading this story but I am going to write this like I will.

I have mainly wrote this story for myself because when I am dissatisfied with life I kind of cope with either being infatuated with certain people or things, or by writing stories. I like being able to be kind of lost in a world I have made up myself for a bit, it's a nice escape. Honestly while writing this story I have fallen in love with both characters, I hope you enjoy them too. I have gotten emotional writing some parts because I have had very personal experiences similar to them, so I hope I have written them well enough for you to be touched.

I am fully open to constructive criticism! I am always always always looking to improve my writing and I plan to write more stories (probably shorter ones like this one, but maybe I'll get skilled enough to write longer stories) in the future so letting me know what works in my writing and what doesn't would be very helpful to me! Just try and be kind because I'm really sensitive haha.

While writing this I was very infatuated by Keanu Reeves, seeing as he is absolutely gorgeous but also a very wholesome human being. I felt this was worth mentioning because the way I have tried to describe Michael and how I saw him while writing this story is looking exactly like Keanu Reeves in 1989, so when he starred in "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" (which is by the way an awesome movie so I highly recommend if you like funny and kind of cheesy in a charming way movies).

I also am providing a song from the 50-60s in each chapter because I love music from those decades right now, and I have specifically picked certain songs for each chapter so if you want to play the song while you read that's what it's there for, or I have it there because the song is mentioned and I just like to share songs I love.

Anyhoo, if you decide to read this story, I would absolutely appreciate that so much! And I hope you enjoy! I will post weekly chapters and each chapter is about 3000-5000 words long.
