Chapter twenty-three

Budo's POV
I look up in horror....
""Budo let's go now"-???
I start to shake
"F-Father please!"-me
He grabbed my arm and started dragging me down to the door
"Taro please! Help me!"-me
Taro grabbed my other hand and started to try and pull me back....but my father is strong he pushed Taro back onto a wall and continued to drag me out....help...please someone anyone....I heard to front door be slammed open....then a suddenly bat hit my father
Umeji (5 minutes before)
I was walking down to street when I say that bastard of what Budo calls a father he was headed towards Taro's house so followed him I saw Taro's mother leaving the house with her daughter the man ran inside and locked the door before I could get in I started breaking it down when I finally did I ran to Budo's father and hit him with my bat and hard as I could
Budo's POV
"U-Umeji!"-Budo
I ran up to him and hugged him nearly bursting in tears Taro started to walk down to us still a little shaken
"Are you okay Taro?..."-me
"Yeah I'm fine I think"-Taro
I turned to see my father on the floor
"Should we call the police?"-Taro
"If you do I better get going, I don't have to best récord with the police"-Umeji
I took out my phone and started to call them Umeji quickly left the cops where coming in 5 minutes
"I'm sorry Budo...."-Taro
"Hm for what?"-me
"I couldn't save you...you have saved me countless times and I couldn't even help you back there!"-Taro
"Hey it's okay...you tried that's all that matters it takes a lot to go up against a man like my father"-me
Taro leaned his head on my shoulder
"Thank you Budo...."-Taro
I wrapped my arm around him and waited for the police
Info-Chan's POV
Why that lil- no calm down it's just a small set back I had informed Budo's father about Budo's location and relationship to try and bring him down mate but that delinquent just had to get involved! Well it's fine Budo's self esteem still dropped Taro got hurt and it was his fault heh this is fun
