Everyone has a hard time sometimes and communicating can help , I know it can be tough and can be scary but trust me you can get the help you need to make you feel happier , even if you talk to an online councillor or your friend or write it down !! Expressing your feeling can help you and take weight of your shoulders .

Think as your brain as a massive bag , the more stress you have the more heavy the bag will be . Go through your thoughts and think what you shouldn't need to worry about and remove it from the bag , think rational
Do you need to worry about that ??
Is it really necessary to think so into it ??
Can I do something about it ??
Can I talk to someone about it ??
And slowly empty your thoughts
And anything still left until he bag that is stressing you out
Get a notepad or a piece of paper and write it down , no one has to see it , it can be your private information and you can hide it somewhere so it's gone , out of your head.
