I had just gotten done getting ready for me and Josie's date after she asked me out, which I totally was not expecting
I had loved Josie for a long time now and thought she never noticed me, especially since her eyes were always on Penelope
So when she asked me out, I was shocked to say the least but agreed anyways
I did the finishing touches for my outfit

I looked in the mirror, and didn't hear the door to my room opening as i was to busy judging every detail
"You're beautiful so stop looking at yourself like you aren't." i heard making me jump but as i turn around I see Josie walking up to me looking like a goddess

"Well I'll never be able to compete, i mean look at you!" you said chuckling
"I just don't understand how you could look at all of your beauty and think of yourself as anything but beautiful." She said sighing and wrapping her arms around your waist
"But don't worry I"ll make sure you know just how amazing you are even if i have to remind you every day." She said lovingly
"Well we should probably get going shall we." You said excited for this date
"We shall." She said holding out her arm
"Wait i gotta put on my shoes." you run back and grab your shoes putting them on quickly, then walking back to Josie

"Really?" she said smirking at you
"Hey you're the one who asked ME on a date so you're gonna have to deal with all of this." you said laughing, this made her laugh along with you
"I would change it for the world, so ready to go?" She asked
"Ready as I'll ever be."
