Monday

Melesa pov
As I got ready for school and got on the bus, I had a really bad feeling about today but I shrugged it off and began to read.
~time skip~
When I walked into class I was quick to notice that Joseph wasn't here yet, "huh he would have been here by now" I thought but again, I shrugged it off and went to breakfast
~time skip~ (warning this part has some elements of suicide)
Class has started now and he still haven't showed up yet where in the world is he... if I knew my question was gonna be answerd so fast I wouldn't want to ask it... "Mrs Middle can we have Melesa hurtz to the front office", "why do they want me? I didn't do anything bad lately?" I wondered. As I made to the front office I saw Anthony, Joseph's older brother crying?, "Oh there she is" Mrs poe said, "Why do you want me up here?" I asked, "it's about Joseph... how do I put this... h-he's d-dead he committed suicide by hanging" "WHAT!" I yelled "He can't be dead I won't believe it" I quietly said, "will this change your mind" she said pulling out Joseph's buffalo pald jacket "Anthony said to give it to you" she said trying not to sound sad, at this point I was in tears I couldn't belive it my best friend was dead, "why him why him out of all the people in the fucking world why did it have to be him?" I sadly thought. When I made it back to class I sat down in my seat and looked at the jacket... "This is the one thing that Joseph loved he wore it with pride now it's my turn... I gotta do it for him... for Joseph" I thought, "Melesa!, are you okay your crying your eyes out" Mrs Middle said in a worried tone, "y-yes I'll be f-fine please don't w-worry" I said quietly. As i continued to look at the bufflo jacket I had a flashback
(FLASHBACK)
We were taking a walk around Joseph's neigborhood "Hey Melesa check this out" I heard Joseph say, "okay what is it?", "it's this old abanned farm" he said smiling, "Woah this looks pretty cool man, I wish I lived in place like this it looks so cool" I said laughing "Hey how about we make this our base?" He said with pride, "sounds good to me captain" I said jokingly, "Oh melisa what would I do without you" he said sarcastically.

I still couldn't believe it, my best friend Joseph was gone "I'm s-sorry Joseph it's my fault your gone" I said to myself.
~time skip to next period~
I began to walk to science class but I was stopped by the science teacher Mrs Drake, "Hey Melesa what's wrong darling?", asked Mrs Drake "it's nothing please don't worry" I said trying my best to not sound sad, "O-oh okay well go take a seat" she said easily seeing through my lie. As I sat down, I took a quick look at the big class room, it's green room with posters littering the walls, but I was shot out of my thinking when one of my friends I think her name was Serenity sat down next to me, "Hey there Melesa what's wrong and why do you have Joseph's jacket?" She asked, "H-he's d-dead, Anthony told me that Joseph w-wanted me to have it" I said quietly, "Wait he's dead? This can't be...no no no... p-please I don't want him to be dead, not him please anyone but fucking him", she couldn't take it she cared about him, "I know it's alot to take in I cared about him aswell probably more than you let's just try to keep it together" I said while she was wiping her tears away with her hoodie shelve, "O-okay thank you Melesa" our conversation was interrupted when the teacher told us to have a "Mindfull moment" I put my head down and gathered my thoughts... but I could think about was him... why him soon after my thoughts I had another flashback.
(FLASHBACK)
We were at the creek by Joseph's house throwing rocks, "Hey Melesa who would have ever knew that throwing rocks into the creek was so fun!" Joseph said laughing, "Ya who would have thought huh?" I said enjoying the peacefulness... 'splash' "Melesa!!! you got water on my pants" Joseph said with a little anger in his voice, "Hey don't worry we can change when we get home... speaking of witch we should get home now" I said slowly "Heh good point let's go!" He said without hesitation...
(END OF FLASHBACK)
I was snapped back to reality with Serenity shaking me "Melesa arrreee yyyooouu there?" She said jokingly, "Ya I'm here sadly" I said sarcastically, "good I need help with this project" she said smirking, "What's with the smrik Serenity?" I said while poping my knuckles, "Ah n-nothing" she said quietly "anyways let's get on task" she said, I studyed her for abit she's tall with dyed dark red hair and she had a light blue hoodie on with black jeans, "Uh... Melesa are we gonna do the project or are you just gonna look at me for all of class" she said sarcastically, "fine let's began" I said...
~time skip to 4th period~
As i walked into preagbra I looked around the class, its a gray class with some math posters, "Melesa take a seat so I can began class!" Yelled Mrs Middle "s-sorry I'll sit down" I said quietly. I was taking notes and writing math problems when I looked to my side to see the jacket, "heh I guess he will be with me forever now in my heart and in his jacket" I thought to myself, as I was joting down notes I had another flashback
(FLASHBACK geez I should stop remebering stuff)
We were eating breakfast at school when all of a sudden "Hey Melesa wanna play Mario cart?" Joseph said looking determined "Are you asking for me too kick your ass in Mario cart if so let's begen" I said laughting... we were kicking eachothers ass's in Mario cart when Joseph asked "Melesa do you care about me?" He said in a depressed tone, "That's a stupid question to ask yes I care about you if I didn't wouldn't be helping you with all of this stress right now wouldn't I?", "True your right let's walk back to class okay?" He said while gathering his things...

When I got back to my senses it was time for lunch hooray food another thing that's werid about today is that all of my closest friends are not here today. As i sat down and began to eat, Serenity sat down next to me again, "so uh... Hey how are you?" She asked, "Pretty good but still sad about Jstar" I said stuffing my face with food, "Jstar? Is that a nickname for him" she asked laughing, "ya what's so funny about it?" I said confused, "o-oh nothing just it sounds werid" she said, "True imma eat now" I said shoving my face in my food, "okay I'll sit here so your not lonely" she said smileing
