( for the people that didn't understood : She didn't accept to marry Jimin because she saw him blind and of course that was really selfish of her and at the ending chapter Jimin confess that the " anonymous person "who donated their eyes was him . We can assume that she was shocked and maybe regretful when she knew the truth and then Jimin saying at the end " love you always " is meant that still loving her , he will move on ! )
