A.N. Hey guys, i decided to redo this story . Hope ya'll like it. I got new ideas on how i wanted this to go after not updating it in forever. Please comment and review. Sorry for any typos.

It's been three hours since she watched the blonde leave the house, after another one of their stupid fights. Why do you always do that Regina, it's just fucking boots, why couldn't you let it go for once. Regina's been kicking herself since Emma left the house, back into the storm that caused the muddy footprints that she had gotten mad about. She left in that damn yellow death trap, slamming the door behind her on the way out. Regina dialed her lovers number, again, for the twentieth time. Sill no answer. She thought about calling David, or Henry, but she knew if she did she'd lose it. She would break and she knew it. So instead, she just sat there, on their bed in Emma's clothes, staring blankly at the wall ahead. If you weren't so damn stubborn she'd be laying next to you right now. Regina's emotions had been all over the place recently, and she didn't understand why. Her temper seemed to be the most affected by her recent mood changes, seeing as it had become much shorter than before. All she could do was replay the entire night in her head, wishing that the blonde would at least send her a text to let her know that she was okay. She knew she was going to worry every single moment until her fiancé was back in this house in her arms. She took the final sip of what, if she remembered correctly, her fourth glass of apple cider before sinking under the covers and holding Emma's pillow close to her as she slipped into sleep, thankful that nobody was around to see the tears that slipped out from her eyes as she did.

She ran into the hospital, tears filling her eyes, willing them not to fall. "Where is she? Where's Emma?" She asked franticly as she approached Dr. Whale and David. "Regina, it's not good she-" "She what, what is it what's wrong" Regina asked, not actually meaning to cut David off, she just wanted, no, NEEDED to see Emma. "Regina" David said as he grabbed the shaking woman. She hadn't realized she was shaking until now. "She was found trapped under her car. They did everything they could but" Regina couldn't hear anything else, she felt like she herself was going to die from the heart-wrenching news. "No... no, no NO!" She sobbed as she fell to her knees on the hospital floor, her heart breaking, she literally felt like it was physically breaking inside her chest. Once again her happiness was ripped away from her. She felt David's arms around her but couldn't hear anything over her sobs for her lost lover. Could she ever be happy.

Regina shot up in bed, sobbing from her awful nightmare. She decided then that she wasn't going back to sleep, even though she hadn't even slept two hours. She reached for her phone, checking it for the thousandth time since the blonde had left. Still nothing. She messaged Henry, knowing he wouldn't see the message until the morning, asking him to come over. Even though what she really wanted to do was call him and go pick him up from Snow and David's house and hold him. But she didn't want the both of them to be restless. She dragged herself out of bed and into the bathroom, turning on the shower, stripping from the now sweat covered clothes that clung to her body. She sat under the stream of hot water holding her knees to her chest letting the tears silently fall.

She doesn't know exactly how long she's been sting under the stream of water. All she knows is that the water was now ice cold and her eyes were sore and dry from crying. She dragged herself off the shower floor, wrapping her towel around her as she walked back into the bedroom. She pulled on one of Emma's hoodies and pulled on a pair of black leggings. She grabbed her phone, checking the time 3:45 a.m. She sighed as she walked down the stairs, knowing that her persistent crying wasn't the only reason her head was pounding. She walked into the kitchen, starting the coffee and grabbing the bottle of headache medicine out of the cabinet. As soon as the coffee finished brewing she filled her favorite mug, and drug herself into the living room and turned on the fireplace and sat on the couch and turned on the TV, going to Netflix and clicking on Grey's Anatomy. Emma had got her hooked on the show. She wasn't really paying attention to what was happening in the episode, hell she didn't even know what episode she had even clicked on. All she could think about was Emma. Her fiancé , the love of her life, and Emma was ignoring her, or missing. But she chose to believe that she was ignoring her rather than missing. She was pulled from her thoughts when her phone started. Henry's name popped up on the screen. "Hi Henry." She said as she answered the phone, voice slightly raspy from all the tears she had been crying. "Mom, is everything okay? You texted me really early this morning. Why are you up so early whats wrong-" "Henry" Regina said gently, interrupting her son's panicked questioning. "I am okay. I just was going to ask you if you could come home sooner. I can come get you since it's storming. I know you were planning on staying over there for a few more days, I just.." She trailed off eyes filling with tears damn she thought to herself. "Mom, I can tell when you're lying, and you are. I knew something was off when you dent me a text at 2 am, so come open the door, and bring a towel because I am soaked from the rain. Regina shot off the couch. She couldn't believe he walked here in the storm. She grabbed a towel from the guest bathroom and went to the front door, opening it to reveal her son, soaking wet walking up the walkway. He was visibly shivering and his eyes were on the ground. "Oh Henry!" Regina exclaimed as she dropped the towel by the door and ran up to him wrapping her arms around him in quite possibly one of the tightest hugs she had given him in a long time. She didn't even care that he was soaking wet, and that she was also becoming soaked by the rain. She was thankful that her tears were not as easily noticed thanks to the rain falling on her face. "Mom, we need to get inside so we don't get sick" He said as he hugged his brunette mother back. "I know, come on my little prince." She said as she pulled away. She kept an arm wrapped around him as the quickly walked up the walkway toward the front door of the mansion. She grabbed the towel that she had previously dropped on the ground and wrapped it around her son. "Here, go get warmed up, I'm gonna make some breakfast". She said as she planted a kiss on his forehead, closing the door behind them.

Henry returned back downstairs wearing his pajamas and went in the kitchen where his mom was. She was making pancakes and bacon. He noticed she was still wearing the hoodie she was wearing when he arrived an hour ago. It was only now that he noticed that the hoodie belonged to Emma. Regina hadn't heard Henry come in the kitchen. She was lost in her own thoughts, worrying about Emma, if she was okay or not. She couldn't stop the tears from falling yet again. Damn why can't I stop crying. "Mom? Are you okay?" Regina hastily wiped her tears away before turning to face her son. "I'm fine sweetheart. Here, I made you some cocoa. Breakfast is almost done." Regina said as she pulled the mug out if the microwave and handed it to her son. Henry eyed his mom. He knew his mom was lying, but he knew not to push. He could see the exhaustion on her face. "Thanks mom. You want me to set the table?" He asked as he grabbed the mug from his mother. "No that's quite alright dear. I was thinking that we could sit in the living room and watch a movie or something." The brunette said as she flipped the last pancake onto the plate. "O-okay mom. Seriously. What's wrong. You never let anyone eat in the living room. Please." Henry said as he sat his mug down and walked around the counter. He knew his mother always had a wall up. He could tell she was trying not to break down and cry in front of him. "Henry please. We'll talk about it later I promise." She said as she willed the tears not to fall, and failed miserably. "Come here." She said as she pulled him in for a hug. "Just don't you ever walk anywhere in the middle of a storm. Ever. You could've gotten hurt. I'll come get you next time okay." She said as she tightly held her son, not even caring that her tears were falling anymore. It's not like she would be able to stop them anyway. After several minutes of standing in silence in the middle of her kitchen she pulled back, giving her son a watery smile. "Come on my prince, let's go watch movies and eat our breakfast." She said as she grabbed the plates and headed into the living room, Henry following behind her holding his cocoa.

After they finished breakfast, and watched 3 different movies,Regina had dosed off. Henry gathered their dishes and took them into the kitchen to wash them. He knew something was wrong, but he also knew not to push his mother. Henry was lost in his own train of thought, why his ma wasn't at home with his mom, and why his mom, who he never saw wearing hoodies, was wearing one of Emma's, even after getting soaked from the rain. He was rinsing the last of the dishes when he heard his mother scream. He ran out of the kitchen, the plates crashing to the floor and shattering as he left, not even caring that the plates didn't make it all the way to the counter. "Mom, mom wake up. It's just a dream." He said as he gently shook his brunette mother. Regina's eyes flew open, tears streaming down her face and panting, she had another nightmare. The same nightmare she had previously. "Henry" his name came out barely above a whisper. "Mom, what's wrong. Where's Emma, what was your dream about?" Emma "H-Henry, your ma and I got into a fight last night, and she left and I-i don't know where she went. She won't answer her phone." Regina trailed off, unaware of the steady stream of tears pouring down her face, until she felt Henry wiping them away. Gosh when did he grow up so much. "Mom, it's gonna be okay. She'll come home, we'll find her. This family is really good at finding each other." He pulled his mom into a hug holding her for several minutes. He knew that he was the only person she was ever this vulnerable around, except for his blonde mother. When they finally pulled apart Henry was the first to speak. "I'm gonna bring you some hot cocoa, cause I know you like it and it helps you feel better, and I'm gonna clean up the mess I made in the kitchen." "Henry, what mess?" Regina asked with a puzzled look. "I dropped the plates when I heard you screaming. I'll get it cleaned up don't worry." He said as he kissed her on the cheek. He heard when I screamed. I thought it was just in my dream. She was drawn from her thoughts when Henry returned with 2 cups of cocoa. One for the each of them. "Here you go mom." He said as he handed her the cocoa and sat next to her on the couch. He grabbed the remote and selected Coco from the long list of movies, it was one of their favorites. "You always know how to help cheer me up. My little Prince." She said. She pulled the blanket from the back of the couch and relaxed next to her son. Her world felt like it was shattering, but she still had Henry and she put all of her focus on him being next to her. She would call David later and arrange a search party for Emma. She would do whatever it took to find her blonde lover.
