(This is basically a remake of 'Imprisoned') In this story of the Zodiacs, we get to see the unsettling events that occur after a man takes his son on a trip to a facility for the paranormal.
•Abilities: Subject #5's abilities are somewhat similar to those of Subject #2, #3, and #4, except he is able to take the form of a person's worst fear and make it so he is only seen by that person. His powers tend to increase the more he is able to drive his victims insane and he can alter the surroundings to disorient a person and make it look like what they are seeing is real. His eye, specifically, has the power to instantly kill a person simply just by looking at it, for it will show them the worst visions imaginable.

Origin: Investigators believe that this subject originated from some sort of religious cult after being used as a human sacrifice because of the place where it was first located by the facility
Found: In an empty banquette hall with strange, seemingly demonic, markings on the wall as well as the bodies of humans dressed in robes lying on the ground
