Walking away from the Terminal in complete awe at the scope of the city, Sato sees an outdoor market down the road and immediately began rushing towards the market stands. Dashing by the clay and brick building and jumping over planted trees & bushes, Sato thought to himself what the people were like from the other worlds and what kind of cultures did they display around the city. The excitement in Sato's heart could nearly kill him, if not for the whole 'falling into the world' ordeal. Finally reaching to what the local sign labeled as the 'Lower Bazar' Sato took a look at just about every stand that was next to him while smiling and aweing at the diverse goods that were on display. One woman was selling what her customers called 'wrist accessories' & 'ear guards' and advertised that many of them will "ward off blight" for a duration of time, while the men across from her sold strange flasks of liquids that they guaranteed to "mend & protect light wounds". Many of the food that was sold weren't that different from what Sato knows how to cook, but the ingredients that make up the dish were truly 'out of this world'. While staring at a butcher's choice cuts, Sato wonders in delight about what the meat came from but didn't realize that he was thinking out loud to himself.

After asking what animal did the meat come from, a robotic voice from above Sato began to answer "Note: the large corpse belongs to a sub-species of roadland mammals widely called 'Gekson' and it is still quite fresh". Surprised, Sato looks above him to see a small, orb with a silver lining going around its two sides floating just enough overhead that it could sit on Sato's head. Gliding around to face Sato's front, the floating orb began to introduce itself "Greet: Hello, I'm your 'assistant dictionary' but many call me James. It is a pleasure to meet you, 'Sato Ryo' ". Confused, Sato asks James why it his assistant and why it called him by 'Sato Ryo' to which James response "Confirmed: The unit; 8517 A.D., was placed under the given name 'Sato Ryo' to view any unknown occurrences and report a document to HQ. Given the unnatural nature of your entre to Dairiseki, I am assign to prevent any permanent harm to the new user; 'Sato Ryo', curtesy of the M.I.R.A. Industries". To Sato's knowledge, the name M.I.R.A. Industries was an upcoming rival company of the Powersail Corporation and was equal in terms of technology but promises to allow more freedom around the usage of the Terminal. Sato was worried about why two rival companies were so interested in aiding him that the leaders from both sides just decided to look the other way. Concerned about why James was really with him, Sato decided to keep as much information to himself as possible while still gaining knowledge from James.

While thanking James for the introductions, Sato decides to continue walking around the lower bazar and looking at all the products on display. Soon after Sato reached the end of the lower bazar James announces to Sato "Confirmed: the Fairie Gate will be closing in 5 hours due to band affiliation. Will you be heading there today"? Panicked, Sato asked James to lead him towards the Fairie Gate as quickly as possible but to his surprise wasn't that far from where he was currently at. Fairie Gates are supposed to be passages between nearby towns & cities that has been established or to any local 'Transport Gates'. Places like the Tutorial isle or a guild's house contain special gateways that are called 'Ether Crop' and can also be used as a 'Transport Gate' to and from the safe zones. Strange enough, each gateway; besides the Terminals, belongs to a group and can allow safe passage in or out of there gateways. Because of this many people are forced to travel by other means to the further nearby safe zones and in doing so, cause people that don't want to traverse in the wild to stay in the city there current in. To prevent this Powersail has placed a kind of game for ownership of the gateways with the winner(s) being the new owners of a gateway. The game is similar to 'cops & robbers' with the twist of allowing the players to use there abilities during the matches to promote the people to train or obtain higher tier capabilities for their arsenal. However, the current owners of the Fairie gate hasn't lost a single match since its first discovery and as been known as legends of our time. Even though they are undefeated the owners of the Fairie gate are still a mystery and to this date not a single member can be named; even by Powersail themselves. All that is known about there obscure identities are the urban legends that follow in their wake; of a male that solo killed a titan-class colossus and a female with the wisdom to predict the future, so James says.
