Rileys pov
So I go into the audition room and as I stand at my side of the floor space and I instantly spot my family and start smiling. I hug my 2 duet partners, one male and one female and then we do our group chant and then our boss turns to the auditionees and does his speech and then passes it over to us dancers and we start our mini performance. As we go through it it gets to the trio before my solo and I feel panic so glance across at James and calm then it gets to my solo and I fire through with so much adrenaline that my group was shocked because they had never seen me that way before . The moment I look at my promise ring I hear a small cough and know it's from Michelle.
After the performance we sit in the bleachers and the auditionees do their solos then the cuts are taken. Thankfully my family (yes I call them family) are all through. It goes into the choreo rounds and James struggles with the ballet section and I start whispering under my breathe and lo and behold James improves and I'm so glad.
After a couple of hours the group I'm in is allowed to mingle and I instantly go to my family and we all hug. James is sorta distant and I get slightly awkward but I just lean my head on his shoulder and he smiles. Michelle glances at me and I wink. I remain with my family and remain cuddled against James. As time goes by I remain the way I was then at the end of the auditions and so I say bye to everyone and kiss James kinda passionately then they leave and I go back to the dormentry and I have a shower and then lie on my bed.
