Vali: "I am Vali, 'White Dragon Emperor'." *turns to Issei* "But you can call me the 'Vanishing Dragon'."

I was holding my left arm since it was acting up.

Issei: "Holy crap."

Then suddenly my arm glowed black with a faint red outline and it caused me to groan in pain.

Issei: "My left hand is freaking out again, sure picked a crappy time to do it."

I then gasped in surprise to see Vali standing in front of me with his finger right in my face.

Vali: "How vulnerable you are."

I then groaned in annoyance.

Vali: "It wouldn't take much to defeat you with my magic, almost too easy."

I then groaned in annoyance again and moved back a little.

Issei: "Boasted-!"

I was cut off by Kiba and Xenovia putting their swords to Vali's neck.

Kiba: "Don't you think this joke has gone on long enough?"

Xenovia: "It wouldn't be smart if we allowed you to start a fight with the 'Red Dragon Emperor' here, now would it?"

I then heard someone walking up behind me.

Asia: "What's going on?"

I then stuck my arm out in a protective manner.

Issei: "Asia, get back!"

Vali then smirked.

Vali: "Hm, is this really the best move?"

He then looked at Xenovia.

Vali: "If all of you fighting couldn't bring Kokabiel down."

He then looked to Kiba.

Vali: "You'll never beat me. But don't take my word for it, keep going if you don't care about causing a scene."

Kiba and Xenovia put away their swords and stood next to me and Asia.

Vali: "Tell me Issei. How do you think you compare to those with power in this world?"

Issei: "What do you mean?"

Vali: "I'm talking about your 'Balance Breaker', it looks quite incomplete if you ask me. But still a 4 digit ranking, on a scale of 'Strongest to Weakest' that is. I'd say between 1000th and 1500th or lower."

Issei: *annoyed* "That's great. So what's your point?"

Vali: "My point is, you're a valuable player. You should be taken care of and properly nurtured. Don't you agree, Rias?"

I then turned around to see Koneko, Rias and Akeno standing there.

Issei: "What the hell?"

Rias: "I don't need your advice."

Then all 3 of them started walking over.

Rias: "Mind telling me what this is all about?"

She then walked in front of us and crossed her arms.

Rias: "If you've come here on behalf of the 'Fallen Angels' I can assure you, it's a huge waste of time."

Vali: "Huh, were you aware that the 'Welsh Dragon' and the 'Vanishing Dragon' called upon the 'Twin Sky Dragons'? People involved with the red and white dragons have never had the best of luck. I'm fascinated, makes me wonder how your life will turn out."
