Izuku is a late bloomer who gained his quirk after a year. Izuku now has an optic blast quirk similar to a mutant hero named Cyclops. Let's see what the world has in store for our hero.
Izuku was currently standing in Musutafu general hospital with Eri in his arms.
A few seconds later, Inko, Tsuyu, and Kendou ran into the building. With Inko leading the charge.
Inko: (shouting angrily) What were you thinking, you little bastard?!!

Inko high-kicked Izuku in the back, hard, everyone in the building winced as Izuku fell over with Eri in his arms.
Tears fell out of Izuku's eyes as he flipped himself over to make sure that Eri wasn't hurt.
Izuku: (spitting noise) Guffu!!
After sending Overhaul to prison, Izuku got a full two-hour lecture from his mother, Kendo, and Tsuyu about running into danger, again.
Inko: (angrily) Seriously, how could you be so irresponsible? Sure, I get that you wanted to save
Eri, but you should've been more careful!!
