Taehyung's POV

4:56 pm

"taehyung!"

"tae!"

"taetae!"

"little blueberry man!"

"weirdo!"

"......"

"WAKE UP YOU TURTLE!!!" the loud and annoying voice of hoseok snapped me our of my sleep.

I jolted awake, eyes wide before I narrowed them at the man beside me.

"jung fucking hoseok you have to the count of 3 before I rip your throat out and cut your fucking dick off." I growled, clenching my fist as hoseok chuckled, not fazed at all by my daring threat.

"the only reason o woke you up was so you wouldn't be late for your date~~" hoseok teased.

"how do you know about that?" i asked.

"pfft, you texted me all night about it. thanks to you i didn't get to spend time with yoongi..." hoseok muttered the last sentence with a pout.

"I don't even remember what time the date was."

"it's in about half an hour."

my eyes widened. "you're joking."

hoseok shook his head. "nah, I wouldn't joke about Jimin, your daaaate~"

"shut up you pepper haired geek," i got up from my bed, stretching my arms out and sighed after hearing a satisfying crack. "I need to get dressed." I groaned.

"no need to fear! your hope hoseok is here!" hoseok smiled wildly as he began searching through my closet to find something decent to wear.

. . .

I walked down the sidewalk towards the place where I would meet jimin.

since I didn't really have any good place ideas for a date, jimin chose the place, which was an arcade just down the street.

the only reason I knew where it was was because I used to go there with hoseok a lot when we were in grade 9. we don't go much anymore because we just lost interest in it over time.

i actually wondered why jimin chose the arcade.

he seems too shy and clueless to go to such a loud place, and he seems like more of the type to stay home and watch movies than go to an crazy arcade.

when I reached the huge store, I checked my watch to see if I was late or not.

5:28. not too bad.

luckily I came just in time, since I saw Jimin walking towards the arcade from the sidewalk to my left, headphones on while humming a small tune.

he had on a white oversized t-shirt under a grey sweater he had on, black jeans which weren't ripped just like jin advised him, and white converse shoes. his hair was brushed a bit so it was styled more to the left this time, giving him a slightly more mature look than usual.
