3: People here tend to support boys more than girls-

Don't get me wrong,yes of course there are people who fight for women's rights,yes but then again there are other biased fuclnuggets who are like-

"Oh,girls should not wear denims,it emphasises their a$$"
Or-

"Wives and Mothers should fast on full moon nights to ensure the well being of their husband and child/ren"

I'm telling all this from personal experience,and yeah,once again there are people who don't force their daughters-in-law to follow these rules,but then again,my family is an exception..

4:Golgappa

Pronunciation- gol-gap-paa
Also called -Phuchka -foo-ch-ka

It is a puffy,flaky fried dough with a spicy potato filling that consists of onions, coriander,chickpea,lemon and your specified amount of ground red chilli.It is served with tamarind infused water called "Tok jol" "Tok" as in 'sour" and 'jol' as in 'water'

And let me tell you,no matter how restaurants try to adapt this street food, it's no match for the people who make it on the streets

It's a go to food for a Bengali like moi,and people like it very much,and you can also request them to adjust the spices and flavours to your liking,but I like my phuchkas and men S P I CY....
