Gibbs slammed the door open to interrogation, to pissed to say a word just yet as he circled the table. "Look this is all just a misunderstanding, Agent Gibbs. All you have to do is call one phone number man." Gibbs clenched his jaw as he reached into his jacket, pulling out a pad of paper and a pen, slamming it on the table. "Lawyer?" "No. Roni. Look I know what it must have looked like back at her apartment," he stood up but Gibbs was quick to grab his shoulder forcing him to sit again leaning in his face, "Lieutenant Seabrook's your girlfriend now?" Jones blinked a few times, "Yeah. Look, we worked together for a few years, we started dating maybe six months back." "Dating?" "Yeah." Gibbs leans back and goes to the little television on the wall facing the table, and brought up the footage of Jones assaulting Seabrook, "What's that look like?" Jones looks down, almost like he was ashamed, "It's a stupid game man. Only when we're alone." Gibbs walked back over to look down at him seriously, "You like games, Jones?" "We're just role playing, all right? It's not like we're freaks. Come on man, am I going to lose my security clearance over this?"
He stood up again and Gibbs turns, gripping him by the collar of the blue NCIS jumpsuit and slams him down on the table, "Hey! You almost killed- one of my people today!" Gibbs hesitated, and if Tony and Ziva weren't paying close attention, they probably wouldn't have noticed. Gibbs knew why he did it, because he almost said something else. "What?" "That damn Humvee you used to kill Lieutenant Seabrook." Jones furrowed his eyebrows, "Roni.... what the hell are you talking about?" Gibbs pulls him up to stand in front of the television as he brought up the autopsy picture of Seabrook, "Roni is downstairs Jones! On a steel slab!" Jones studies the picture, refusing to believe it. "This is one of her jokes, right? Is she behind the glass?" He points to the mirror, "Huh? Because if you are Roni, this isn't funny! Tell me it's not real." He studies the picture again before losing his composure and breaks down.
McGee was still down in the garage when he sighed with relief, "I did it Beckett.... I know how they got in." Beckett furrowed her eyebrows as she stood a little bit behind him. She thought she was being really quiet, "How'd you know I was here?" McGee froze but didn't turn around, "I didn't." He sighed and only slightly turned his head towards her, "Beckett I'm really sorry for-" "I know," she cut him off with a smile. Walking up behind him she wrapped her arms around his neck, making McGee chuckle, "Thought you were supposed to ask for permission first." She tightened her hold, "Not with you Tim." She pressed her cheek against his head as he reached up gripping her hands tightly. "I love you Tim." McGee smiled, feeling the tension in his shoulder's easing, "I love you to Katie."
McGee and Abby were able to figure out how someone hacked into the AI program. They didn't. They snuck in before the system was even online. There were a series of commands inserted into the flash memory of the BIOS at boot-up and when the conditions were met- killer car syndrome. Once executed they purged them from memory and the only trace left was an extra space on one of the mother board's bio chips. They both figured the program was flashed from a physical device that was tied into the system, like a memory stick or an SD card. They just had to find something that small in a Humvee jammed with $22 million worth of electronics. Gibbs tossed an SD card to McGee, that he took out of the camera for size reference, and stated that they were in fact, screwed.
Beckett was on her way home early, at Gibbs request. He wanted her home to get rest that she felt like she didn't need but would use the small excuse of almost dying in an AI robot car to get out of doing paperwork just this once. She went out of her way to get greasy takeout food when she slammed on the brakes harder than she should have at the stop sign. "What the f-" she trailed off as she looked across the street of a very high end restaurant, Windsongs. She saw a man dressed like he was homeless, with long hair and a beanie. Even a horrible goatee thing and Harry Potter glasses. He held a guitar and was singing, probably way off tune, if he was in fact who she thought he was. It looked like Tony. Beckett would swear up and down it was Tony but had the bigger question of why he would be dressed like that singing across the street from a restaurant. Beckett shook her head, and hit the gas to keep going but questioned herself and the situation. "Did I die in that car, or is this real life?"

The following morning, McGee and Abby were still taking apart almost all of Otto, when McGee followed a specific wire going into the gas cap, where he found an adapter and the SD card still inserted. Unfortunately right after they found it and got the code, Gibbs told them they had exactly two hours to put it back together. Director Shepard assured the Secretary of the Navy they were handling it with kid gloves, and were coming to check just to make sure. With enlisting the help of Jones, they got to work together to put it back together.
Beckett sighed as she entered the bullpen after running to the bathroom again, seeing Tony with his head down on his desk under his coat. A red hospital band very present on his wrist made her eyes narrow. Ziva looked over at him when he stirred, "You all right?" "Define 'all right.'" "Find out the results from the medical tests yet?" Tony lifted his head glaring at her, "Not yet. What times the Azeon team getting here?" Beckett smiled at him as she sat down beside his computer, "40 minutes ago. You fell asleep. Long night there Tony?" He met her questioning gaze and furrowed his eyebrows as Ziva told him that Gibbs and Shepard were stalling them in her office now. "Something you wanna say Beckett?" "Yeah.... I was thinking we always go to the same place when we eat out, right? How about something... new! Fresh!" He jumped as she said the last words a little to excited and he sighed, "Okay what is new and fresh to you?" "I was thinking his restaurant not to far from here..... it's a little high end which means the food has to be good. What was it called again? Wingsongs! Fine Dining, which means it must be, fine." Tony drew a blank expression way to quickly, and that's when Beckett knew she had him. Beckett leaned down further to him and whispered, "Medical tests, huh?Just so you know the red band," she flicked his wrist harshly, "is for the psych ward." "Beckett-" "It's okay Tony, it's between us. Or between you and the Director and anyone else you let close enough." Tony huffed before a smile pulled from the corner of his mouth as he reached up to pull on her right earlobe, "Same goes for you. Remember, Captain Wise? He helped us when Kody had that bomb strapped to his chest in the school. I was thinking of calling him and catching up. Know how I could reach him?" Beckett narrowed her eyes as Tony smirked, knowing he had her. "Oh sorry, can you hear me alright?"
Beckett's nostrils flared, the sign he noticed when she was uncomfortable, before she got up and went to her desk without another word. A few minutes later Gibbs walked down the steps with Shepard, Engler, and Dr. Pike in tow. Abby, McGee, and Jones rushed into the bullpen giving him a thumbs up, and he gave a slight nod leading the three right down to where Otto was complete. Only problem was when they got there, Otto was gone.
