"Alex honey wake up. breakfast is ready" i hear my mom yell
it's the first day of school and i am not excited at all. Summer went by too fast and let me tell you summer was not fun at all. I spent my whole summer at home doing nothing but sleep and eat.
i quickly got up, hopped in the shower did what i had to do and changed.

i got my bag and proceeded to make me way downstairs.
"finally you take 12 years to get dressed" my brother said
"fuck you bitch" i whispered so my mom wouldn't hear. "Alexandria i heard that" she says
"sorry mami" i say and chuckle
i ate breakfast and we quickly said goodbye to our mom
it was my brother who is a senior this year and my little sister who is a sophomore this year so we all ride in the same car

great now im all by myself
i put my airpods in and played music while i looked down at my schedule to see my classes
