I have read that, during an ordinary day, about sixty thousand thoughts pass through the mind. Ninety-five percent of these thoughts are the same as the day before. So people, who have heavy thoughts, can't manage their life as well as they could. It is a bad mental habit which is acquired then. One should not be captivate by the past, or the things that seem heavy to carry, because worries steal energy and block the potential of the mind ability. Managing the mind is the key to manage the life. I have learned that even the greatest thinkers use only a hundredth of their mental reserve. Some elders in Sivana have had the audacity to explore the untapped potential of their mental capacity, and the results have been astounding. Through discipline and regular exercise, one of them has conditioned his mind to slow down the beating of his heart, and he achieved in it. What i conclude, it's that what we think generates what we want, and if you change your inside to the better, the outside, i mean the life, changes to the extraordinary.
