While you're brushing your teeth Ched comes in with breakfast for Jess which you all find cute.
You then head outside and make yourself a bowl of coco pops and sit on the day beds with Luke M and pricilla
"Want to come have a chat?" He asks as he taps your leg
"Me?" You ask and stand up and follow him down to the bean bags at the gym
"How are you feeling?" He asks as you sit down
"Yeah I'm feel like whatever will be will be, that was so cringe," you say as you both laugh "how do you feel though?" You ask
"I feel alright, yeah obviously it was a shock last night" he says
"What's your mum and dad like then?" He asks you
"My mums the loveliest person ever and my dad is quite overprotective" you tell him making him make a nervous expression playfully
"You must get the loveliness from your mum then" he says
"Aww that's sweet," you say to him "what are your mum and dad called?" You ask
"My parents are called Jeff and Denise" he says
"Aww Jeff and Denise" you coo and Fin gets a text
"I've got a text!" He shouts "Islanders, tonight there will be a recoupling. The boys will choose who they want to couple up with and the girl not picked to be in a couple will be dumped from the island. # crunch time # gone girl" he reads out making you put your face in your hands and groan
"I'm scared" you reveal
Paige and Siannise both hug you to try to reassure you but it's not really working.

You do Demi's makeup
"Demi I just want to say I love you regardless of what happens tonight. If he likes me he likes me and if he likes you he likes you" you say to her making her aww and she hugs you.
As you head outside Luke takes your hand as you grab a drink and then you decide do chat to Jamie
"Ehh so I've come to the realisation that I think I may have some feelings for Luke M, I wouldn't want you to go for me and put that to bed when I feel like I need to take myself out of the race a little bit" you tell him
"Yeah I agree" he says
"Yeah?" You ask and he nods and you head back up the stairs together and as you walk up you see Demi chatting to Luke M which makes you nervous and Paige can tell so she just chats to you
"I've really enjoyed getting to know you over the last couple of days and I do really like you. I've had to keep myself open minded I have really tired I've just felt myself gravitating to you all the time and I want you to know that if you do pick Demi I won't hate you or anything like that, Demi and I will still be friends" you say with a small laugh and then you go back over to chat to Paige
"I got a text!" Siannise shouts "all islanders must gather around the fire pit immediately" she says and you sigh as you stand up, give Paige on last hug before heading down to the fire pit hand in hand.
You and the girls line up infront of the fire pit while the boys stay seated around it while Paige holds your hand
Jamie stands up first and chooses Natalia.
Followed by Callum who chooses molly.
Next is mike who chooses pricilla.
Fin then chooses Paige and throughout the whole speech you kept on looking at each other smiling, she even cries which makes you cry, she gives you a hug and sits beside fin.
Ched stands up and chooses Jess.
Luke T chooses Siannise making you hug her.
Finally it's Luke M, it's between you and Demi, you take hold of both her hands
"I love you" you whisper to her
"I love you too" she returns
