Me and Oralie. Parents. I'm not even related to her, and we were chosen. Together. I'm with her and a man made of stone. Granite, apparently. Fitting. There's a kid named Sophie. "Are you sure you want to do this" says Granite. Me and Oralie look at each other. "Yes" we answer in unison. Over the next few days we take tests for dna to have it for the baby. "What will her full name be," I asked. "Sophie Elizabeth Foster," Granite says. A month later, I have a daughter, and she is in the mercy of humans.
But it's humans. The ones who ruined the world. The forbidden people. I won't be able to find my daughter, our daughter. This can't be possible..... but it is?
A/N- how was that? I'm discontinuing my other book, as Legacy IS out. Next chapter will be right before Elwin sees Sophie for the "first" time, right after Fitz finds her.
