part 9.

A few months later.

I'm gonna tell tommy today. About a month ago I found out I'm pregnant. He's gonna be thrilled, I just hope Tyler takes it well.
I walk into the hut after another days work. Tommy is sitting on the floor with tyler on his lap and they are reading the dinosaur book. Tyler looks up at me and smiles. "Hi mama! Look what daddy taught me." I smile and sit on the floor across from them. "And the dinosaurs all ate grass, they didn't eat humans because eating humans is mean, these are nice dinosaurs. " after Tyler finishes reading the sentence he smiles at me. "Wow baby that was amazing! Daddy taught you all that?" Tyler nods super fast and toddles over to me. "Baby I wanna talk to you about something okay?" Tyler nods and smiles at me. I hold his tiny little hand in mine and smile. I'm gonna have another kid soon. "Okay baby. I wanna ask. How would you feel about having a little brother or sister?" Tommy snaps his head up and looks at me confused. "Well. A little brother would be cool. But I would he okay with a little sister too" I giggle and he toddles over to tommy. "Now Baby you know that when I have another baby. Daddy and I are still going to love you very much and we are going to keep giving you attention, but the baby is also going to need attention too" Thomas' face spreads into a huge smile. "I know mama. I want a little sister or a brother. " I put my hand on my stomach. "In about 7 months you'll have one" thomas immediately picks me up in a hug and spins me. Tyler grabs thomas' leg and giggles. "Really?? You're pregnant!!" Thomas looks at me with the biggest smile on his face. "Yes I am!!" He kisses my cheek and hugs me super tight. "Omg I'm so excited" I giggle and pick tyler up. "Do you wanna feel the baby?" Tyler's eye widen and he nods super fast. "Okay put your hand on my tummy" tyler does as hes told and carefully puts his tiny hand on my stomach. "The Baby is in here?" He looks up at me confused. "Yeah and in a few months the baby will come out and you can meet him or her. Right now the baby can hear you but, can't let you know that he or she is there. Cause the baby isn't big enough yet. " Tyler nods and kisses my stomach. "Hi baby. I'm your older brother Tyler. Hurry up and get bigger so you can come out " tyler pats my stomach and goes back to looking at his dino book. Tommy and I start giggling and sit by him.
"Lets teach the baby about dinosaurs Tyler." Tyler nods and starts giggling and telling the baby everything he knows about all the dinosaurs.
